Always a busy place, be careful driving through the parking lot, lots of open space and crazy drivers. Theres a Duffers canteen there, good food, lots of picnic tables and benches

Even though you have to pay for parking, this is a great ramp for getting on to the ice or putting your boat in to fish the river or the bay. Best part is the washrooms they have for the public, we really appreciate it. So excited spectacular sun rise and sets around

I just love this whole area from the park to the boat launch ,I try too walk it 5 days a week ,3 or 4 times ,the wild birds are beautiful , the turtles are cute ,the baby swans are the best

Sometimes we manage to get past to snack bar without an ice-cream but still enjoy looking to see how many turtles frogs ,geese ,ducks , swans we can see along the path from the launch to the CN monument and turtle pond . Extras this time of year are all the young . Goslings ,baby turtles and cygnets, beaver showed up once so far and a bald eagle cleaning itself near the top of a tree. The winding path follows close to the shoreline overlooking bay of Quinte Bay bridge ,the marina and the pier.
