Your Story Counselling
I had been referred to Judy at another place she worked in, and she has been incredibly helpful to me. She really got me to ask questions about myself and what I wanted. Once she moved to My Story Counselling, I moved with her, and she continued to see me virtually during Covid. After going in and out of sessions with her, and getting caught behind a backlog of other clients, Judy really showed care in making sure I got the therapy I needed, and offered to pass on my information to other therapists in the clinic, and reached out to me right away after the initial review I left to work on a solution. Hoping to work with her again soon and in the meantime, I'll be seeing one of the therapists working under her temporarily at a cost-reduced rate, which I think is an ideal way for people in a tighter money situation like me to be able to take care of themselves and their mental health. Would highly recommend My Story Counselling!

Your Story Counselling
I have been Linda Thai’s client for almost 6 months now. The experience has been comforting and eye opening. She is very professional and friendly, and she is also very knowledgeable and understanding. I would really recommend her if you are doing trauma work and who is also neurodivergent because not only that she listens and hears your needs and what works (and what doesn’t) for you, she is also comfortable with thinking out of the box to find a solution (or a road to a solution) with you. Working together with Linda has helped me to feel less lonely in my journey and tell my story and reshape my life in a brighter point of view. I would say she is one of the best psychotherapist I’ve had a pleasure of working with!

Your Story Counselling
I think it's no understatement that the pandemic has been a challenging ordeal for many. While my mental health was at my worst I found Linda Thai and she helped me through some of the hardest months of my life. There are simply some things we cannot do alone and I am so eternally grateful to have found Your Story Counselling and Linda Thai. Over the course of a few months she built me up by giving me the tools to cope with my mental health, addressed my past traumas, and strengthen my passions. I cannot recommend Linda and Your Story Counselling enough and I'll carry what I learned for the rest of my life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your Story Counselling
I have been taking Therapy from Alia Ziesman from last one month and Im so grateful that I chose her as my therapist. Yes, its only been a month but I feel a significant improvement in me with regards to my Anxiety. She understands the emotional turmoil that Immigrants go through. Its not easy being vulnerable about your insecurities and trauma but I was able to do that with ease with Alia. Sometimes it feels good to be listened and get rid of all those unnecessary negative thoughts and self doubts about yourself. Yes, I will take credit for doing the self work but I wouldn’t have been able to do in the right direction without the guidance from Alia. I can go on and on about her because she helped me achieve this feeling of calmness that I was yearning for from years. Its definitely a long journey and I’ll continue to grow and heal my past traumas.Thank you Yours counselling services for providing us with this medium to heal ourselves.

Your Story Counselling
I have been meeting with Robynson virtually for the past few months and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. She meets me with a great amount of acceptance which encourages me to do the same to myself. She drops so many nuggets of wisdom during my sessions that I walk away from each session having made numerous self-realisations. She is also accessible and responsive and encourages me to email her directly with any questions I may have after session. I highly recommend Robyn to everyone.

Over the last six months of having the pleasure of working with Judy and choosing her as my supervisor in my own growth and development as a psychotherapist. It's hard not to love Judy for simply who she is and the way she shows up. I came to know Judy as a colleague through a good friend of mine who has Judy as a therapist. I would definitely refer clients to her and her team. She has completed solid training in couples therapy and sex therapy. Decided to invest in my mental health about a year ago and stumbled across Your Story Counselling. At first I was skeptical if therapy really helped, I can definitely say going to therapy at Your Story Counselling has really paid off! Been a client of Alana Sham for about a year, she is very understanding, knows how to solve the mental blocks that I struggle with and provides you the tools on how to overcome day to day personal mental health struggles. Went from individual counselling to couple now and has shown me and my partner how to create a healthy relationship, so greatly appreciated!!
