I want to start by saying that if there was a zero star option I would have been more than happy to select it.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE NO MATTER THE ITEM YOU NEED TO HAVE DRY CLEANED! Read below...Customer Service: The owner and operator has no accountability for poor quality cleaning. He immediately places the blame on the customer for poor execution of his services. If there is an error in your dry cleaning/tailoring he is extremely unprofessional and will completely shrug off questions, and will NOT provide a resolution.Experience: I brought in a $1,500 suit for a regular dry cleaning service, there were no stains on the suit. This was supposed to be a routine cleaning (I might be the one to blame for bringing it there in the first place). When I arrived to pick up the item, there was a massive stain on the suit. When I confronted the owner/operator he said that it wasn’t his fault because it was there from before. I assured him that I would have mentioned there was a noticeable stain at the time of drop off.He repeatedly placed the blame on me saying that I should have told him there was a stain. Readers, I promise you I would not be writing this review had there been a stain prior to drop off.When I told him the cost of the suit. He continued to say that he’s the one losing $10 and was upset that I refused to pay for a terrible cleaning service. He did not offer a solution to the problem, and cowered in the back of shop and waited for me to leave.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE NO MATTER THE ITEM YOU NEED TO HAVE DRY CLEANED!

Great Service! Went in at 8:30 on a Friday night in a rush to have my pants hemmed for the next morning. Cameron saved the day! 5 minutes and $8 later I am very satisfied customer. Will definitely return!

I have been going to Cameron for quite some time. I needed to get my spring jacket pockets repaired as they were frayed on the inside.He quoted me $40 and when I went to pick up the jacket the pockets were done incorrectly.I took another jacket in to show him how they should have been done and when I went back to pick it up the second time it was worse then before.The problem was the outside of the pockets trim was cut and now had an unfinished edge. So now the exterior is showing frays and made the jacket unwearable.I asked for my $40 back which he gave me but he kept the jacket. It was a real shame this happened as I had been going there for years and thought being a tailor I would have received better service then this.

My family and I have been going to Cameron's since he opened. He is lovely and polite and we've never ever had a problem with his services. Alterations and dry cleaning is always impeccable.

Took my king size cotton duvet cover to be dry cleaned so it would be nicely ironed. When I opened it to put it back on the bed it was all wrinkled on the inside, folded on a hanger so the outside looked great. Took it back to have the job completed, but the owner refused to do anything stating they don’t iron this type of thing. It has been done multiple times and always came back perfect from other cleaners. It was $35, $10 more than I have paid else where and wrinkled!! I could have washed it myself if I’d wanted it wrinkled. Will never go back.

Our family has used Cameron for almost 20 years. Excellent service and tailoring quality!Dry Cleaning is outsourced. Sometimes a challenge to remove stains and precise ironing, which may be why some customers are disappointed with this aspect.

I went here last month and did not like how I was treated. I was going to get multiple altercations done to a coat I had. And the more alterations I did the more discount I would get - he made that clear. This is all from adjusting the sleeves, to the back lining and much more etc. I agreed to this deal and he chalked/marked the coat and even cut the sleeves off already. When I went to pay he told me I had to pay full price. He then denied he every said that.

Had a few dress shirts dry-cleaned and a suit resized from them. One shirt came back with a new spot right in the front, and none of the shirts were properly ironed. Will have to take the shirt with the spot somewhere else (no energy to argue with the owner) and iron rest of the shirts myself.Now the suit resizing (size down)- Well this I should have expected, as he never took any measurements and overconfidently relied on chalk markings and kept saying he does great work. He should have asked me to try it once at least before sending it for dry cleaning. Pants are not too bad (a bit tight now) but the Jacket is horrible - inner layer is bigger than the outer layer, making it look clumpy all over and fit very weird. I thought of taking all these back, but then I remembered the time we went to the shop to drop these, we saw him arguing with a customer for 5-10 mins unnecessarily. Neither do I have the time nor the energy to take these back, argue with the guy (as other reviews also indicated) and again get sub par work done. The suit is ruined, just glad it was not one of my nicer ones. Never going back.

Just called them asking for some quotes, the guy who answered the phone has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He was rude, impatient, and refused to answer simple questions... Definitely avoiding this place and take my business somewhere else

Best place to get your dry cleaning or tailoring needs. Cameron is always so helpful and accommodating no matter what clothing issue I may need help with!
