Great spot near highway 401 with plenty of free parking lots. They have so much of stuffs for the outdoor activities , I just went bought a water shoe for 20$ but there are so many things which will be useful for bikers, camping , and all other outdoor activities .

Good variety on all sports items, clothing or others.Best variety on kayaks that I have seen in a Canadian brick&mortar shop.Good customer experience, you get asked often if you need help.Very lit and well organized.

Highly recommend for usual outdoors equipment and gear!Not a outdoorsy activity superfan, so this location’s selection was more than enough to find what I need or ever want to try. Lots of items on sale and the store is clean, organized, set up nicely between the floors.

I’ve shopped here a handful of times and have not had a single negative experience. I’ve only ever shopped here in the evenings. The staff are friendly and helpful. They price match and the process is easy.

Sail’s marketing methods for a “sale” need a major over hall. My wife and I visited the Oshawa location to pick up some cycling clothing. We arrived at the cycling department to find large CLEARANCE signs posted on all the cycling clothing display racks. The signs were clear… up to 50% off. As we rummaged through the selection of clothing, we found several pieces of cycling clothing that we wanted to purchase… and all on sale. But wait… when things look too good to be true… well, you know the rest.Nothing on the item tags we chose indicated the discount amount, so we found the department Sales Associate and asked how the discount applied. He had no idea and suggested we take the items to the checkout and have them scanned for the “sale” price. This was an effort in futility… when the items were scanned, they came up at the regular price. We asked for the store Manager.The response from the store Manager was not what we expected. No… all the cycling clothing was NOT on sale, as the large signs on all the cycling clothing racks implied. The Manager explained that only items with a discount sticker applied to the regular sale tag were on sale. I expressed my concern to the store Manager that the CLEARANCE signs imply that all the cycling clothing is discounted. He agreed and shared other Sail marketing methods are flawed.My wife and I left the store and our vote was unanimous… we won’t need to visit a Sail store again.

Paige was super helpful and extremely sweet helping me pick out a new pair of hiking boots, and Jared was unbelievably knowledgeable when it came to helping me find a quality rain coat that was within my price range. Overall, a 5/5 experience at Sail, and I can honestly say that I am impressed by the staff, every opportunity I have to go in there. I will definitely be back soon!

Great place for outdoor activities equipment and apparels, lots of choices.But also lots of items are unmarked or marked incorrectly when on sale.On the “clearance” rack, almost 30% of items there were not on sale for clearance and at a regular price while the stuff on the walls are on “sale” but not labeled. Luckily, their online site is accurate.We went to shop here 3x in less than a month.

Was in need of a new coat! The wife sent me to sail. Had a huge selection, didn’t know where to big. Was approached by an associate. Lovely lady helped me, another associate came over, gave her opinion. Wife was happy with purchase. Will be back, to check out the clothing. Nice stuff! Sail. I went to SAIL with my Amazon app open, fully expecting to find better deals online. I checked 10 random, brand-name camping items. SAIL had Amazon best on every item.Beautiful store, friendly staff, great prices.Don't shop online, shop here.

I like the selection at this store. It has just about everything for outdoor enthusiasts. My biggest problem, however, is the racial profiling by some staff. I personally experienced this during my last 2 visits. You can literally see some employees following you around. It's pathetic!!! My message to the store is this, BLACK people also work and honestly earn the same dollars as everyone else who works in that store and WE don't go around stealing stuff.
