Sardis Soap N' Sudz Laundromat

Visiting from alberta and needed to do laundry while camping. Ladies were so nice and even found our boys something to play with. Definitely recommend!

Lady this morning over whelmd by one person paying for there laundry and me asking for a pop and always rolled her eyes at every one

This place is not as good as it used to be. It's as busy as ever, makes you think they are the only laundromat in town and that is not true. These days it's frustrated going in cuz you have to wait for machines or people come in after you been waiting and take the machine you been waiting for. Having to use a laundromat to do laundry is not fun to beging with, this makes it worst.I had to do laundry the one time, very early before 8, only 2 customers in and staff.Staff was reserving 3 machines but 1 of the 2 customers was just getting his laundry started using all of the remaining machines minus 1 since there was another customer there. If I would have stayed I would have had to wait 20 min. Never mind everyone else who would have got there after that. I found another great laundromat in town and had a way better experience with really nice and polite staff.

To the woman with the short grey hair and accent that was working June 3 approximately 12 noon…..if you don’t like your job then may I suggest you find another. The way you treat the public is disgusting! We will no longer be using your services as long as the owner keeps ignoring the complaints about you and your treatment of customers. It’s too bad….. your location was convenient for me but I will find another place to take my business.

Love this laundromat!! Clean friendly and great machines

Floors were dirty. Washing machine did not spin clothes very well, so it took a long time to dry the clothes. Staff kindly gave change for the machines and advised to use two dryers for more efficient drying.

Visited for the first time today and wasn't sure how everything works. The two ladies working were very friendly, and really helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. I didn't have cash with me, so they even fronted me the coins for the washer and allowed me to start my load of laundry (as it gets very busy), and run out to the bank for cash while my laundry was washing! I am very appreciative, as it was definitely busier when I returned. Really great service and very friendly atmosphere.

The old man working there was extremely rude just because I asked twice the price for the load sizes. Disgusting service. Is truly amazing that he couldn't handle a simple explanation of prices for the brief minute I was there.31/October/2022 - 5:45 P.M.

I have been to every laundromat in Chilliwack and this one by FAR is the best! Amazing staff too!

Wonderful lady that works there and clean facility!! I recommend this place
