Received a 48 x 24 inch acrylic print in June.Four days ago it simply fell apart. The acrylic image detached entirely from the cheap MDF frame and both fell from the wall. On inspection they are held together with cheap double sided foam tape.We now have damage to our wood floor and baseboards from the heavy acrylic image impacting them.If our children had been by the print, they would have been injured.I have contacted the company 3 times by email. I have called 5 times.No reply by phone. A simple ‘sorry’ email is all that I have received so far.I need to pay for repairs to our damaged home and wish to be reimbursed for the unsuitable and cheaply made frame and acrylic print.I see that some hours after my poor review, you were clearly moved to respond and defend your reputation. Rather than posting an online offer to put this right, it might have been better to actually contact me, the person who complained, by phone or email and tell me what you intend to do?I do not wish to repeat the damage and hang another acrylic print.I am asking for a refund of the cost of the print and reimbursement for the damage caused to our home.Again, as I have already requested, will somebody call or email me?

Great experience, my original uploaded picture was not at the right resolution so the company emailed with me for over a week to get a good canvas size. And they even issued a refund because my original chosen size was more expensive than the one that worked! Overall great company and great product!

The work is professionally done.The price is extremely competitive and using very good materials.If you have questions, the response time is extremely fast.Received the packages five large items, and they were extremely well wrapped.do not hesitate to use their business.You will love it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I sent an email asking for an ETA on my order two weeks after I placed it and got a response within 24 hours. I received my order within a month and I’m very happy with the product. Overall, I had a great experience!

I placed an order more than a week ago and I haven’t heard from them at all. They were very quick to charge my card. Not anywhere close to when it comes to delivering. I have ordered with other companies before and never had to wait this long even to get the stuff delivered to my door. This company seriously has some issues that it needs to address or else they will be closing shop soon.

Fantastic all around. Good price, excellent quality, good communications, excellent packaging, and the prints were really really crisp.We bought a chalet up in the mountains, and it's REALLY hard to find artwork that fits with the location, so custom is the only way to go. I'll be ordering more as these guys were fantastic to deal with.

About packing: It was exceptionally packed! With good cushions so that there is no damage. I loved how it was compactly packed, yet cushioned heavily! Great work there.About the Metal print: Very nice! It was exactly done as I had prepared the digital print on my monitor (a calibrated one). Thank you very much! That picture means a lot to me.About the folding canvas and the peel-away print: They were what they are. It was a low-resolution WhatsApp forward, so I sort of expected how it turned out to be.Overall: I am very happy, satisfied and will return back to you when I need the next print. Take a bow, folks!

I have purchased wrapped canvas prints from this place twice and both times I was very happy with the result. The prints are true colors and the canvas base is very sturdy. Once I was ordering a gift and wasn't sure if it would arrive on time. I have messaged the customer support and they ensured me that it would be ok. The order was dispatched as promised and arrived 3 days earlier. I was very happy. Will order from them again.

Placed an order online after looking high and low for a place that would print such a large canvas print (without the frame). I found Canvas n' Decor and even after a file issue - they got back to me in a timely manner we fixed the issue and the print came shortly after that. It's beautifully printed and it was exactly what i was looking for. Definitely recommend.

I had always wanted to have this old photo of my children (taken in 2006) made into a canvas print and I was lucky enough to have found Canvas n’ Decor to do it! I could not be happier with the finished product! They answered every one of my email inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. They kept me informed as to the largest size they would be able to create with my old photo (35” X 28”) and the result is perfect! I even had them add a white floater frame to my print and I really like how that turned out! The colour and quality they were able to achieve was far beyond what I expected but exactly what I had hoped for! I was also incredibly impressed with how well my print had been packaged for shipment from Ontario to Calgary. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again.
