As a female I had such a great experience here!! The staff were able to get me in on last notice and quickly diagnosed and repaired my car. Not only that but they were able to explain and show everything to me which helped me feel more confident with the repair. They were honest about what needed immediate attention and what could wait to be done at a later time. On top of that I felt like the price was very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough!

Truly the best service I have ever received.I've been going to these guys for over a year now, and they have been so extremely helpful. I know little to nothing about cars and seem to have the bad luck of car issue after car issue. They have always taken the time to go above and beyond and explain to me the issue, show me photos, and explain what fixing it requires and the always reasonable cost. They give estimate breakdowns for you to look at and approve, and once the service is done they send out emails with photos of the issue you had and service it received.They've always been extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and if I were to ever move from Burnaby I would genuinely make the drive out just to keep them as my mechanic.

Had a great experience with Paulo, Oli, and everyone at Roshie when I first brought my car over for an oil change and inspection. The vehicle inspection and subsequent showing of what was found was thorough and easy to digest and it let me be sure what needed to be done on my car. I came back a few weeks later to get my door lock fixed along with my serpentine belt that needed to be replaced and that appointment, from the booking of it to the actual job getting done, was smooth and great - thanks! Highly recommend this crew if you want to get your car looked at or worked on!

Friendly and exceptional service.I did my pre purchase inspection for a used car with Paulo. Paulo was really knowledgeable and helped me understand some of the issues I did not understand with my car. They did an excellent inspection and also gave me a quote for how much it would cost to fix and they have very reasonable rates compared to any of the other mechanic I have been to. They have proper communication channels setup. They email your inspection report, quotes and your receipts which makes it really easy to work with them.I came back to get some the issues fixed. I also did a headlight restoration since I have an old car and Oliver was super nice to let me know about the process and did a really good job. It looks almost brand new. The pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 recommend.The garage looks super clean too.
