Money Mart

Went there to deposit check 1600$. Limit counter worker can deposit is 1500$, so she needs to call supervisor and he needs to agree. So they said i need to wait betwen 5-10 minutes. I waited over 1 hour because manager didnt answer. At the end i didnt get money because they didnt replied. Worst experience ever!

I appreciate this place. Every single time I need to use their services I always get great help. Yes sometimes I get a person that is not in the best mood but hey, sometimes I'm having a bad day too. It happens to all of us. But basically I'm there to do business and they all have been helping me with what I need to do. I have to say 90% of the time I get smiles.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!The lady that works at the counter has zero customer service, very rude, doesn't want to help or give our her name nor manager name. Very very unprofessional and would just hide to the back room. I CANNOT BELIVE after so many complaints here that she is still employed and MONEY MART doesn't do anything about this. Just read all the reviews. If you need more info I would be happy to provide you with.

Worse location ever seen , really bad service, with no experience at All , long wait and disrespectful .It's not first time, if they shut it down its really better !!! . I recommend for people to go with Cash money, its very respectful service they have ,

Went in there just for a quick payday loan. I met Karen, who was immediately helpful, friendly and all smiles. She was very social and made me feel incredibly welcome. She helped me get an instalment loan to put me through school and I am so grateful. Highly recommend coming here if you ever need any help. Thank you Karen!

If I could give zero stars I’d give them zero stars. The lady who works there is beyond unprofessional and I’m not sure how she still holds a job there. She does not know how to deal with customers nor how to speak with them. The most unprofessional person I have ever come across with. Would not let me speak and just kept yelling over top of me, would walk off and lock herself in the office when I would try to speak. Clearly the management and/or the owner is either not aware of this issue or refuses to see it or read the reviews of other customers. If the owner is reading this I would love for him/her to reach out to me personally so they can hear of my absolute horrible experience not once not twice but three times I have received. I have never been more mortified and traumatized by an experience and I have dealt and worked with / in many different professional settings. This was a very upsetting experience and over something that should only be considered a minor errand.

This location is fantastic, all in part because of Karen. She is extremely helpful and has fantastic customer service skills. The service here is quick and efficient. I only go to this location even if I live closer to others because of the personalized service I receive. There really isn't a better MoneyMart branch out there, so if your in need of financial services go see Karen, you'll be glad you did.
