This is our third time using Estate but never left a review before. I should have. I'm lazy. But they continue to do awesome work so.....We had 10 windows put in this time and are very pleased with the results.....again. Communication was great, thanks Jessie, and the installation team were fantastic! The nail holes in the trim were filled, seams caulked and trim glued at the edges. The place, inside and out, was cleaned and vacuumed of debris. The attention to detail and workmanship was very appreciated! The windows are awesome as well with a great, transferable warranty!Thank you to Kevin and the team for making this an easygoing and efficient renovation.We will continue to use and recommend Estate for any future renovations.

Installed soffit and eavestroughs on my property a couple years back. Price and work quality were great. Unfortunately, we have had a couple pieces of siding fall off.They repaired the first piece in a timely fashion. The repair technician stated that the screws used for the install were a bit short but that the rest were still holding fine.Last year another piece of siding fell off. After months and multiple communications (by me) and promises to come and repair they finally showed up last week and denied my warranty. They are claiming that it is now too high for their repair team and that the damage is due to weather. They told me I have to pay to rent a scissor lift out of my own pocket.Lack of warranty and poor customer service means I now have to pay another contractor to repair their work.

Estate did a fantastic job on my soffit, fascia and eavstrough .Totally changed the look of my home

I will not go to this place anymore and advise you not to do so either. There are other options in the neighborhood. Try those out.I went to this place for wallpaper, chose a reasonably-priced one that we liked, and after doing some measurements they said I only needed one double roll. We waited around 10 days for the wallpaper to be shipped, and that's when we realized that it would cover only half of the square footage. We spoke to them about this and it turned out that they miscalculated the number of rolls we needed. They said we could not return the wallpaper, and our only option was to pay the whole amount again for another double roll. Now I have to wait a few more days and pay for something that I wouldn't have gone with, if I knew it was gonna be that pricey. So inconvenient.

After getting numerous quotes to replace our 50 year old faded and shifting siding, and the soffit, fascia, eavestrough and downspouts, we chose Estate Renovations.From the very beginning it was clear this is a professional operation. Gary and Jessie who we dealt with in our planning phase , were so helpful and knowledgeable. No question was left unanswered.When the crew showed up to work they too were so helpful in explaining what they would be working on, how it all comes together and then getting right to work. I especially appreciated how well they tidied our property after they finished work each day. They were meticulous in the installation of all the components of our project, yet worked quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend Estate Renovations.

I find the service from this company to be exceptional. We have dealt with them for over 30 years. They have replaced all of the windows in the house plus the patio door. After 30 years the patio door would not glide properly. Gary the owner came to look at it. He determined that the rollers were worn out, and replaced them for free. Amazing customer care.

I was there today and found amazing colours I’m very happy with. The gentleman who helped me was very competent and accommodating. The price point was also great. Definitely going back to this location!

Had a front door installed by this company. Service was excellent (measurements taken when said, and door arrived when predicted). Prices are competitive. I liked dealing with all the staff but didn't like my experience in the store. This company is great if you call and speak to someone but not if you drop in store. When I dropped in the first time, thinking this is what one does, I was told the salesperson (one of the owners) was too busy to see me and to grab a few catalogues and decide on a door and then they would come and measure and estimate. I did not go back for a full year after that and then, really needing a front door, I called and dealt with a great salesperson and the installers were also very good. No regrets but don't deal with the owner.

My happy experience at the shop started with a small selection of wallpapers -- including the exact one I'd seen online. It had been years since I'd papered a room and forgotten all about pattern repeat -- the ladies calculated, advised and encouraged with accuracy and a nice easy style. No wasted paper -- I left the store with the exact tools and confidence I needed. Thanks, ladies!

I've had windows, doors, siding and aluminum done by Estate. All jobs were done professionally and with great attention to detail. I am pleased when hiring Estate knowing I am dealing with professionals.
