Had him come to hook up a dishwasher a while ago. Was complaining before he walked in the door that I didn’t make room in our driveway for his “80,000$ work van” and he had to park on the street. I guess not bringing his tools inside with him should have been an indicator that he didn’t want anything to do with this job but he continued to complain about anything and everything for about 10 minutes before deciding to leave. After he left I went to Home Depot and had the Dishwasher hooked up myself within an hour.

This guy showed up at our house and instantly started complaining, took contents out of box and proceeded to throw them on the counter calling them junk. re charged for the home depot install and wouldnt refund our money, couldn't provide a proper receipt, and to top it off, none of the plumbing under the sink was cemented and the next plumber that came in had to fix it for us.This guy is an absolute nightmare.

Thank you Steve for helping our family out when in need. My elderly mother heating was broken and at the worst timing as we're rolling into Fall and its colder days and nights. My mother told me how patient and respectful you were in her conversation, and did your best to listen and prioritize your schedule to visit and fix the problem quickly.
