Polite and helpful

I lived at Madison Manor from October 2019 to May 2022 and had a fantastic experience the entire time. The property is professional run and the staff in the office are very helpful when needed. Maintenance requests were always done in a very timely manner and the building was always kept clean. The best thing about this place I have to say was the snow removal in the winter time. The parking lot had a bob cat in it after every snow fall. There is security cameras on every door and on every floor so it certainly leaves you feeling safe and secure. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a family friendly location. The only reason I left was because my roommates job required him to be located in the east end of the city. Kudos to Centurion Property Associates for a well managed building!

Had a really pleasant stay for 2.5 yrs in this apartment. I loved my suite, spacious and had a great view of the open field. The complex was always well-maintained and they would do snow removal in a timely manner. The management was responsive and helpful for any concerns I had, be it as minor as helping me figure out the light fixture or questions about my lease contract, and never had any major problems during my stay. Kaycee, Joanne and the rest of the staff I encountered were all professional, respectful, and considerate. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe, clean, family and pet friendly apartment in a nice neighbourhood.
