I have had my brakes serviced on my Hypermotard at Ignition before and they were able to solve a simple (but very difficult to find!) issue causing my rear brake to lock up. I was happy with their service at that time. However, I’m writing this review for the exceptional service that I received a couple of weeks ago - I was helped by a nice younger woman in selecting and purchasing a new warm weather mesh riding jacket, she was very attentive and extremely helpful. Another friendly associate helped me find a set of tie down straps that he recommend for my bike and they work wonderfully. Lastly, as I was purchasing these items I had mentioned that I needed a brief adjustment made to the rear suspension on my bike and they brought a mechanic out to help me make this quick simple adjustment, free of charge. I want to say that this is the friendly and knowledgeable service that I look for in a small local shop/dealer and I will be a repeat customer for it. Thanks ignition!

Bought a brand new 22 CFmoto 950 sport. Terry and Byron made it a painless and pressure free buying process. You can tell they have a passion for Motorsports. Happy to recommend them. This machine is unreal. Great mix of trail crawling and fast down the dirt roads.

Friendly staff, great selection of quality products. Always my first call for anything gokart or motorsport related.

Requested repair of excessive brake lever play. All they did was do a basic brake service which did NOTHING to address the brake lever play. Charged $250+ and didn't fix the problem, when confronted manager said excessive brake lever play is normal but refused to fix it or refund money.

They have absolutely no sense of loyalty to their customers I bought a helmet from Ignition Motorsports which i never received. Therefore I call to Motorsports for details the there attitude was suddenly changed and refused to help me said they cant help me nor etc…. I was calling back and fore for help and after 6 weeks canada post refunded i will never recommend Ignition Motorsports. Please find another store that are willing to help and are more loyal to there customers and not to steal money from them.

Decent I suppose, also let down. Said they had a mechanic that knew can am's so booked a no power to multiswitch outlander in when he was available. Mentioned had power to main fuse relay, but I didn't know how to check after that. Took morning off, borrowed trailer, drove it to Duncan, said they would do a 2 hour diagnostic to see why no power to the multiswitch for starter/ignition. On pickup they said it had multiple other problems? (although just asked them to diagnose no power to ignition). As a mechanic intermittent issues are brutal, but just not working is something you can trace if you know the system.They spent an hour then phoned me to say they had power to the main relay and that was all they could do. They were the only ones willing to look at it being a 2007, granted, but sad I would have paid for as many hours as it took to trace the issue but they gave up after 1 of the 2 hours agreed upon at the start and paid upfront. I appreciate they didn't take the 2 hours if they didn't know the electronic system, but it's back in my shop with a wiring diagram I don't wish to learn.

I can't speak more highly of my experience at this shop. I was stuck in a extremely tough spot. Everyone there was extremely curtious and went above and beyond and a good price.Nice bikes too.

First of all i like the z force i bought. Its the customer service thats leaves you wantingWhen i bought the machine was told i would get a full tank of gas. Did not even get a half tank. I talked to other owners and they did not get a full tank eitherSo after waiting over a month to get a service appointment. I understand that everyone is short handed theses days. My appointment is changed from the 21st to the 23rd again fine no problem. But when you drop off a machine before 10 and arrive at 345 and you do not get to leave the store till 545 because it is not ready. Well I thought i would get some kind of a discount. But no.I like the z force but will not go back again
