I was very pleased with Paul and his staff's service to fix my VSC and oil problems on my '09 Vibe engine a week or so ago. They even showed me the burnt/spent parts that were replaced. A buddy of mine had recommended this location, my very first time here. I'll keep my buddy(!) and WILL be back.

We brought an odd wheel and tire combo from a tractor to them for a repair. They had to order a new tube, and still got the job done quick. Definitely will return.

BCAA got my tire inflated enough to drive to a tire shop. I had called 3 but OK Tire were the only ones who squeezed me in for a repair. Then a few days later I noticed the tire seemed low...I called again and was able to go within half hour and they found another issue which they repaired at no chg. I was very pleased!

I can't say enough good things about this garage. I got recommended to go there by 2 different friends that worked at car dealerships in parts and service. When I said I needed a good trustworthy garage they both said to go to OK Tire in Saanichton. I've been going there for 10 years and they have always been honest, fair and the customer service is amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone ever. I'm so lucky I found them. They have gone above and beyond for me on more then one occasion!!!

Although all I had was to get my tire pressure checked, it was still one good service I had from them. I called in, and Paul me to just bring in the car so I did during my lunch break and in 5mins, they have checked and fixed what's necessary to get fixed and so explained to me about the issues as well. I was grateful.

Have been taking our vehicles here for service for a few years now. These people take care of you in every way, recently had a parts warranty issue there was never any questions or concerns I just brought in my truck and they repaired it. I have never felt more comfortable with a auto repair company I strongly recommend these people if you want honest and professional people servicing your vehicles.
