I booked a same day appointment as I was in extreme pain from my lupus. I am giving 2 stars because it was very clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly but for my condition not what I was looking for. My intake was not read as she wasn’t aware of my condition until I mentioned it verbally in the room (although I wrote it down) and I kept asking for more pressure and to go deeper but she stated she did not want to use her elbow and that a light pressure will be just as effective. On her profile I read she specialises in deep tissue and mysofacial but I received a very light relaxation massage despite being able to see how stiff and tight my muscles were. I gave up after several times of insisting that I want deeper massage and simply paid and left at the end. I was in more pain the next day as my muscles did not get the relief they needed and I am sorry to say but this rates on the lowest of the massages that I got. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

My friend has been coming here for massages to help with recovery from a shoulder injury. She highly recommends it and it's been doing a great job helping with her recovery.

Robin was excellent in his professionalism, his attention to detail whenassessing my problematic areas (neck, upper back, shoulders), and was able to quickly identify the pain points and apply the pressure/adjust his massage technique to reflect the appropriate therapy, where required. This place is wonderful. This massage was extremely beneficial. I didn't realise how tense my body was until after the session. It was tense at first, but I felt so relieved afterwards.  I would recommend anyone to give it a try. 10/10.

Unsatisfied and not Happy with my massage this afternoon. RMT Makerline wasn’t able to give the proper massage that I was asking for and I explained to her that I badly need a deep and hard massage ‘coz the right side of my body was really in so much pain. I can see in her face that she was frowning every time I’m asking her to put more pressure. Up until now I am still in so much pain. RMT Makerline can’t work well with people who are having excruciating back pain. I am not happy with her professionalism as well.

Excellent massage by Ghislaine - problematic back issues felt much better immediately. A perfect combination of therapy and relaxation. A very warm and professional environment. Next appointment has been booked!
