Mechanics are awesome but when it comes to manager tbh I have never any manager who is this much unprofessional she was so rude . It’s a nightmare for any customer to have any sort of deal with her

Took my car here because I had a flat & they told me that there was too much damage & tried to sell me new tires for $600. I called around the city & booked an appointment at a different tire shop to get them replaced & when I showed up for my appointment [at the other place] the guy just laughed at me because the tire was definitely repairable (they even fixed the flat for free). Definitely wouldn’t trust this place again.

I didn't make the offer... but he offered to replace my tires If I left my car for 2 hours..(on a crazy Monday too.) if it didn't conflict with my check out time, I would have hopped on that one... guy seemed clutch.. I'd recommend anyone looking for quick last minute service.

Amazing customer service! They replaced my tires even though the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind the quality of the product. They showed me integrity and I am very impressed by this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you return they remember you. Small washroom. Wasn't very clean. Great prices compared to competitors. Fun atmosphere. Staff seem to enjoy what they do.

Very good service, great service reps. Free tire repair and switch winter tires. Not the cheapest oil change but fast and efficient. Wpg Winter oil has good policy you go or we pay the tow.

Every time I have gone for repair work here, I've had to come back because the problem wasn't fully fixed right away--and the fact that I'm leaving 5 stars despite that fact speaks wonders to how professional and respectable this business is. I have never been charged or attempted to be charged anything beyond my initial quote, even though much, much extra work is regularly needed to address the problem.The team is friendly and has integrity--I've personally witnessed them refuse to do work on someone's vehicle because the tires were too bald and it was a safety risk for the staff and the customer.Super Tune makes me feel all right not having a mechanic friend"."

THEY WILL NOT HONOR A WRITTEN QUOTE!!!(THEIR OWN QUOTE)Took my wifes car in to have it inspected. Suspected brakes and bearing wear/noise. They confirmed and quoted the repairs for the brakes, and a repair and replacement on the bearing.I dropped the car off in the morning for the Bearing job as instructed.Before I was home I was called and they wanted approval to do the job (bearings) but at 67% more. misquoted" they said and "can't do it for that price" I told them I have a quote from them that should be good. After some back and forth I offered to meet them in the middle

Brakes had a squeal, checked all 4, brake pads good, cleaned. No charge for this. 2nd visit here, first time very timely repair at reasonable cost. Feel they can be trusted.
