My partner was moving to the GTA from 4 hours away for a new job and Taylor was able to provide her with potential condos that met her needs and organized tours very quickly. This helped take a lot of the stress off of her moving to a new area.When we made the change to move in together, Taylor accomodated this and found us multiple options within our budget in a very short turnaround. My partner was able to view these with Taylor and we found the one we wanted to put an offer on.Taylor was very knowledgeable and open about the process. She let us know she was told by the other agent that there were a couple offers though they weren't official/submitted. She advised us to not change our offer as we were good candidates and until there was an official opposing offer, this was the best approach.We ended up having our offer accepted and Taylor pushed to have all the paper work signed immediately. She remained in contact and available leading up to our move in date to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall an amazing experience, Taylor went above and beyond and we will definitely be using her again in the future!
