Don't go after hours cause the building is locked and you can't even use the ATM when it's locked

I have only had to enter the branch a few times, lines were long but the service was great. Only issue is the financial advisor Mr.Peters worst mannerisms, never replies, kept me waiting for weeks only the get a worthless email back. Sunny on the other hand was constantly amazing and personable. Was able to secure my loan elsewhere with no issues.

Ive been with RBC for over 20 years (not anymore...we will get to that) I just wanted to ask about why my cheques were being held and if i can make my limit higher.....well...apparently that's the worst thing you can do. They treated me like a criminal and would not give me an answer as to why I had such a small limit and would not answer as to how I could increase my limit. The staff member Anjuli was absolutely useless, just kept making excuses, I feel like Ive had more productive conversations with a refrigerator. Now for the branch manager, that guy has the personality of an ice cube, have no idea how or why he is managing a bank. Long story short, I went to a few other banks, they were all willing to help me and did not have limits on deposited cheques. I went to TD and a month later I got 300 dollars as a sign up bonus. What are you doing RBC.

Great Bank! Amy Brennen's customer service is impeccable. Always so quick to answer and so so helpful. We made the switch to RBC back in May and do not regret our decision one bit! The only thing I wish is the Branch had more convenient hours, but I am often able to everything I need to get done over the phone or email which is awesome! Highly recommend.

Although I love RBC, it’s better you don’t go to this branch. Nobody wants to help you. Teller told us you can do this at ATM - I know I can but there must be a reason that I watered got half an hour in the line to get it done from the teller.

Phenomenal customer service from Sarah, she was ready to move heaven and earth to make sure I got the help I needed when I needed it. They have a very accommodating team from the bank manager all the way to the front staff! I really appreciated everyone’s help and this branch will be the reason I bank with RBC moving forward.

To prefice; Amelia and Anjuli are an absolute delight, what a wonderful first line up at the counter! However, after patiently waiting 8 days for an in person appointment I am aghast at the poor behaviour and performance of my advisor. Joyfully chatting away during the appointment, I was at one point told point blank to; stop talking". Additionally

Fairly easy when just doing deposits friendly staff & helpful

I have 2 business and 2 personal bank accounts here.The level of incompetence from both phone and in person tellers is unbelievable. I simply wanted to send a payment to CRA on my business account.I was told I need to use their tax filing service for $25. I explained my accountant has already filed, I simply need to send them the money, not net file.They said that is not an option. I used to be able to simply use interac online, but RBC discontinued that option, obviously to squeeze $25 per filing out of me, even though I did not require filing.The next option I was given, was to transfer the money from my business account to my personal account, and use the visa debit option. This raises the question of why bother having a business account at all.I then asked a very simple question, is there a way to pay Canada Revenue Agency from a Royal Bank of Canada bank account?" They said NO
