three times ive rented of tried to rent from this location, twice they tried to cancel and once the reservation was moved to calgary airport.This should be enterprise no-rent-a-car as they dont have cars, will gladly tell you no, followed by have a good day.i would gladly have a good day if they could provide an actual rental service

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Used Enterprise after our car was smashed into. Asked before hand for a Hyundai Kona as a replacement car to try one on for size They had one for us when we arrived and it worked well. I bit to small for liking but that is why we asked for one. I would use these guys again. and just used Enterprise down in West Palm Beach with a good experience also

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The Enterprise team in Okotoks is ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! They went above and beyond for my family when we were out a vehicle because of a mishap at our local car wash. They made sure we were more than taken care of by ensuring our replacement vehicle fit our entire family (something our insurance adjustor refused to do). We would 100% recommend using them if you need to rent a vehicle in the Okotoks area!

*** update: After a few conversations the Okotoks Enterprise location made the situation right. I thank the branch manager David for listening to my concerns and working to resolve the situation. ****If you accept the additional insurance, and you initial where the Enterprise employee tells you to initial, you may not be accepting the additional insurance and will owe any repairs on the rental. Double check the contract BEFORE you leave. Anything after the fact and you are liable for the repairs.

David was awesome and a pro at customer service. I came in short notice after a breakdown on my way through town and he played a big part in helping my crazy day better. They quickly prepped a vehicle for me and made sure it was ready for me to take it as fast as they could. 10/10 recommend Okotoks location!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I was getting a car repaired; enterprise came and picked me up at the body shop, they rented me a little Mazda commuter hatchback, the car was fairly fuel efficient, and felt like I was driving fast because I was so close to the ground, the car was one where they allowed me to have unlimited KM. I unfortunately didn’t have time to go on a big road trip, but it was nice not worrying about going over the KM allowance. The seat to the car wasn’t adjustable.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
If I could give this place - 100000 stars I would. DO NOT RENT from here. We went in person and reserved a pickup truck well in advance. Went to go pick up the vehicle and they didn't have the truck for us but two other people got one ahead of me. They tried to put me in an eco sport. Drove it to another location and got a better vehicle. Will never set foot in there again!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Had to rent a car because mine got run into. Vehicle was so-so for clean. Lots of miles on it. (60000km)Staff was more worries about how many stars they could put me down for than they were about actually doing a good job. Unfortunate really. They are that afraid of getting a 4. Tells you that upper management is obviously putting way to much emphasis and pressure on this part of the business.

Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service. Vehicle was spotless and the team of guys running Enterprise Okotoks are very professional, helpful and efficient. They even called us during our trip to check in on us to ensure everything was running smoothly with our vehicle. Grateful and appreciative for all these gentlemen did above and beyond to take care of our family.
