Marc did a tune-up on my guitar, which was a mess, and transformed it into a beautiful instrument that sounds and looks better than new. He is a knowledgeable person ,very responsive to messages, and I am more than happy with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of guitar maintenance or repair.

Marc did a great job with setting up my electric guitar. Fast service, great prices, reliable, and an amicable person who took the time to discuss my needs, offer advice, and answer all my questions. He was also able to see me on the spot for something urgent I had to be done on the guitar. I recommend Marc 100%.

Marc recently completed a re-fret on my 1963 Hofner Verithin and I am very satisfied with the result. I liked Marc's attitude towards this project, his knowledge is evident and his workmanship is first class. Additionally, I think the price that he charged me was reasonable. I will use Street Sound Factory for my future luthier needs and have no hesitation in recommending this business.

For 60$+a pack of string, my guitar feels brand new. I've never seen it shine so much! The setup is great, on top of having to tune the thing down in E standard 430hz (i have a jaguar with trem). Will defiinitely come back again
