Great job cleaning my house! I was throwing a party and did not have time to do a good cleaning. Your services were easy to book, the cleaners showed up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally. Would definitely use you again!

I had two cleaners from Hellamaid to my house yesterday. If ordered a deep clean because my house really needed it. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely have them back on a regular basis. It feels so good to be in a clean house now.

I had a fabulous experience with Hellamaid Cleaning Service. They were prompt, professional and the house is looking fabulous! The only thing I am upset about is that I didn't know about them sooner. The house has never looked so good! I purchased the deep clean for my mother's home as they are moving. The house has a completely different look and feel with how clean it is. Thanks to the incredible team who transformed their home!!

Although I paid for the deep cleaning service, that is not what I received. My baseboards were dusty and there were dust bunnies under the beds, both of which were supposed to be included in the service.The ladies were polite, and told me that my home didn't really require a deep clean as it was already quite clean. I guess this is the reason they spent the last 15 minutes chatting in my basement, when that time would have been better spent cleaning the baseboards.To Hellamaid's credit, their customer service team was very responsive and offered to send someone out the following week to address my concerns at no cost, but I declined. I didn't want to deal with the awkwardness of potentially having one of the same ladies return to my house and, more than that, my trust had already been broken. I had wanted to be able to rely on them to complete the job that I'd paid them to do without requiring any supervision on my part. It was clear that wasn't going to happen, so I decided to cut my losses and move on.I've since taken the money I would have spent on future cleanings and invested in a high-end Dyson, so that I can clean baseboards and under furniture more easily and know that the job is done right.

the carpet clean was very well done, the additional charge was a bit much but at the end the guys are already there and it was done very well; I also ordered the 3 hrs of cleaning; which they did a good job, however, I was hoping for a bit better cleaning of one of the washrooms (my handyman went there the next day and finished the 2 missed items which I was hoping they would do it) ; but all in all very friendly and nice;

We booked a move-in deep clean package with Hellamaid and had Katrina, Keisha, and Mellicia assigned to our home. The girls were fantastic! On top of having just moved in, we also did some renovations so the house was VERY dusty and needed a really good deep clean. The ladies worked quickly and efficiently, and really did an excellent job making the house finally feel like a home and a clean and relaxing space for us. We were home the entire time they were here and they were so pleasant and lovely to have around. They were fast and organized and I could really tell they cared about doing an excellent job and showing attention to detail. The process for booking was easy and I even needed to reschedule a couple of times when our renos took longer than expected, but that was no problem and very easy to do online. We recommended the company to our neighbour who is also doing some renovations, and we will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Hellamaid!

I booked Hellamaid earlier this week and was overly impressed with the overall service.The communication before, during and after the appointment was impeccable. I was provided thorough information on the expectations of the services, the full cost, as well as the window of time the people needed to arrive and to clean.The ladies, Rebecca and Katie, were prompt, very pleasant and friendly and cleaned our condo immaculately. I was very impressed with and thankful for the services, as they did everything I didn’t want to do and they did it a million times better.I will 100% be booking Hellamaid again and will be recommending this company to anyone.Thanks again to the ladies who did all the work, they did amazing and we were very happy with the services!

I requested a move in clean in between tenants in NOTL and Hellamaid did such an incredible job!! It was very easy to book online and they had many different options to choose from. I also really appreciated the reminders they sent by text so I knew everything was confirmed. I was extremely impressed with the cleaning - it was so thoroughly done and the appliances looked brand new, inside and out. Our new tenants moved in shortly after the cleaning was finished and they were very happy with how sparkly clean everything was. Thank you again!
