Yorkville Carpet Care

My partner and I needed to clean our Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds from an apartment we moved into. The blinds were were super gross, had some black mold and were brown on the bottom and all over (not even sure how, perhaps the prior tenant was a smoker) on them and even some paint on the edges. We called around town and got quotes from about 5 different places and Avery got back to me quick with quote that one of the most if not the most affordable (around 8-9 bucks a panel). For reference, we ended up paying around 1200 with Yorkville Carpet, but got quoted up to 3500 from some other places. It was full service and exception at that. Avery and his team arrived right on time, were super nice and courteous, were spot on with the quote, rolled the blinds and took them within 20mins. There were also some broken pieces with the blinds and he told us what was wrong/what he was going to look into and gave us an idea of the price (it was very reasonable). We mentioned we were having a party and they made sure to come the morning of so we'd have the blinds back. They blinds looks completely new and even the paint stain looks better. Took them 15 mins to install and they were in and out. They also completely fixed all the issues and the blinds feel like new. Will be calling Avery and his team for any job I need that they do. He was super responsive throughout and got back to me without fail within a few minutes of me messaging. One of the panels came off shortly after they left, we messaged and he is on his way back to check it out. This is how you run a business. There are some places that clean your blinds in place, but I'd rather go with these guys so they can take it in and use the right equipment to clean it. Thanks again Avery and team! Amazing job.

Came back to update my old review:there was a case of broken telephone that judging by the other reviews was likely a one off situation in my case. Business immediately reached out to me after I left the review and was extremely responsive and professional. Unfortunately my rug required extensive repair and the company was transparent about my options without pushing additional cost.I will say they obviously spent extensive time on my rug and did a fantastic job at getting out what they could without putting either of us in a difficult spot.Honest transparent and dedicated, would use them again. 10/10
