TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

We had fraudulent transactions on an account and needed personal help to sort it out. Susan Borg was just great. She explained what had to be done and helped us through that process. Dealing with fraud is very stressful but Susan helped us navigate our way through; she was very helpful.

This is my home brance and they've always been super helpful with all of my banking needs. One thing that is slightly annoying is that the lobby/ inside ATMs aren't open for very long but there is a 24/7 ATM outside of the bank. Getting appointments there seems to always be easy for me with my busy schedule and compared to other banks I've been with, TD has been the most progressive and inclusive bank I've experienced.

Trying to close an account after a death in the family. There is no monetary gain for me here, I just want to close the accounts of the deceased.I've been passed around this place with no confidence in moving forward, getting the run around, with no answers or expertise in closing the account.I pay a monthly fee for them to hold my money and advise me in matters such as this. What am I paying this bank for?

TD Canada Trust I refuse to recommend to anyone further that I come in contact with. Over the years, my first bank account I opened when I was only eighteen years old. Nope after my encounter yesterday, I went to go ask a few personal questions that let's just say my toddler got me into. (No need for personal dets) if there was any other options I could seek and hopefully find an answer to my QThe lady teller at this branch who wear glasses and has very short hair, was utterly inconsiderate and plain rude, in my opinion. Negligence in the fact that she spoke her rude, loud answer so a man behind me, standing in the LONG line up was MORE helpful than she was!I left TD Canada Trust, spall place branch helpless and quite embarrassed, to think a client that's been a part of TD Canada since I was eighteen. I'm almost thirty years old!!!After that, yesterday after I had gotten off of work and raced to this branch. It WAS one of my favorite branches to visit, if I did need ever anything bank related. (NEVER AGAIN) I WON'T VISIT THIS BRANCHI WILL BE TAKING MY BANKING ELSE WHERE as soon as I possibly canAdios TD I'll be looking else where for some REAL SINCERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Good day.

Get your atm's fixed seriously every one I go to from the Lakeshore location drive through is out of order every time I go there, drove all the way to the one on Harvey Avenue, that one says out of order also. Get your act together TD.

Very helpful staff! It was a pleasure dealing with them to solve my mortgage and credit card issue.

Not helpful. Prioritized closing 30mins before the closing time instead of helping a client. Extremely disappointed.

I went in to this branch with my trans daughter to get her name changed on her account. The teller recommended we make an appointment, to make sure everything got done correctly.Our appointment was with Bradley James, and he was amazing. He took the time to respectfully talk to my daughter and make sure he knew everything she needed.Through the whole process, my daughter felt comfortable and respected. That’s worth a lot.TD advertises being inclusive, but it’s clear they go beyond a catchphrase and actually practice it in their training and through their branch teams.We’re happy to have all our business at TD bank now.
