It is my first time to deal with this company. Very bad experience. They double charged me for surgical light I ordered. They told me that they will charge only 50 % which is $3800, they charged me twice on same day . When I raised my concern as I knew from my CC statement,. The owner of the company told me that he would refund me the mistakes. At that time I had to order a surgical sink as well. So he told he will deduct the sink deposit ($900) from the extra charge and refund me the balance. Obviously he wanted to tie me up. I e-mailed him many times to remind him with the refund with no any response. That is the mistake you pay when you are dealing with unknown company with no any professional tracking records. Very unprofessional and irresponsible owner. The equipment is cheaper but it is not worth it if you are a serious business owner and don't have time to chase them. We purchased an IV pump from MAS Medical. The pump had problems from the beginning. We were charged twice on our credit card and we were assured it was a mistake within their system and would be rectified. 1 week later, it had not been returned to our card so we had it removed ourselves. The pump never worked properly and calls for support were not returned. A report was sent to the Better Business Bureau and MAS Medical did not even complete that process. I would warn anyone and everyone away from this company.

AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! Worst experience purchasing medical equipment in over 35 years. The dental unit we purchased never worked from day one. Normand said it was operator error on our part even though he himself could not get it to work. Normand refused to honour the warranty and gave us the runaround for over a year. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We're a vendor. We never got paid $1000 for product shipped in 2018. If you are a vendor - beware! Norman - we will remove this review once we get paid.

Do NOT recommend doing business with this company!!! They will take your money and promise equipment and then take months and months to deliver, giving excuse after excuse. Placed an order in February, told 2-3 weeks for our equipment and we still don't have some of it. Never returns calls or emails. Equipment does not work well right from the beginning. We have had nothing but issues and will never work with them again.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Sold a Cavitron unit that wasn’t compatible and blamed it on technician like previous comments. Took $3000 replaced it with an old refurbished unit against my consent. Worst company and man ever! BEWARE! NEVER EVVER DEAL WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY. He is a fraud and scammer. He refuses to refund my $ and take back his unit. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Do NOT get involved with this company you will regret it!

Constantly chasing after Normand to get copies of invoices already charged to credit cards. Does not return calls or emails. Face to face he promises to send something. It does not happen. Cross your fingers and hope what he is taking on your credit card is correct.

Ordered 2 electronic lift tables 18 months ago These tables have not been delivered and were paid in full. Excuses when and if my calls are returned. Beyond frustrated with this. Legal action will be taken.

If it is possible to score a zero this is the company. Norman asked for up front payment, and then sent an older version of a tonopen, not even the one on his own bill of sale. Looks like I will have to go to small claims court as he is refusing to refund my money. Need something for veterinary equipment ; go elsewhere.

I bought CO2 laser with 5 year warranty. It did not work very well. Tried to contact many times, sent email, left voice mail. No response. WORST company. Please Don't buy any stuff from this person Norman Lacroix. I am planning to send legal notice to recover my money.
