Lee has done so many updates and repairs to various things in and outside our home and always to our complete satisfaction. He is a reliable young man and I trust his advice always. He is very busy but I am happy to wait for him to be available.

I have had Lee do several projects for me over the last couple of years and I have had good experiences with him, his workmanship and especially his attention to detail. Lee makes a point of maintaining contact with me as a client, always notifying me of his availability and expected arrival times. We first met Lee in 2015, when we moved to a new home and needed to have a fence installed around our backyard. Our real estate agent recommended Lee, and he did an excellent job on a very timely basis and at a reasonable cost.We were impressed with his work, so then had Lee quote for us on completely renovating the family room; this involved the demolition and rebuilding of a 1970's era (ugly, massive) fireplace and removal of old wainscoating and completely reworking the walls. Lee designed and built a beautiful new mantle and surround for the rebuilt fireplace, and installed beautiful custom baseboards and other woodwork, completely transforming the room. He did such an excellent job that we immediately hired him to renovate the living room, which included removing a 1970's style valance across the front of the room, and to install custom baseboards and custom crown moldings. He also installed these crown moldings in the entrance foyer, and painted the family room, living room and foyer. All of the work was performed expertly with a high level of workmanship and great attention to detail, and at a very reasonable cost.Fast-forward to 2020, and we needed to have the laundry room renovated in order to accommodate a new washer/dryer. This involved shifting the laundry room sink to a different location, and moving the water/drain connections for the washer. We did not even consider another contractor; we immediately contacted Lee. He again did an excellent job (as we anticipated), very quickly and at a reasonable cost.I would absolutely recommend Lee for any renovations. What I perhaps like about him most is that he asks the right questions in order to determine exactly what you want, and consults with you as the job progresses to ensure that it is continuing to meet expectations. If an obstacle or problem occurs, he presents you with good options. He is extremely professional, and the quality of his work shows.

We are so happy with the work that Lee has done at our home! In 2018, Lee renovated our basement and gave it the much needed update it required. He was great to bounce ideas off of throughout the process and really worked with us to bring our ideas come to life. We were also impressed with how he maintained constant communication with us during the project.Lee is dedicated to ensuring the job is done right. We discovered that some white paint had been mixed wrong and was looking too yellow on our walls the day before our carpet was to be installed. Lee got the paint remixed right away and stayed extra late that day to get everything covered-up again and re-painted with the proper colour.This summer, we had Lee refinish our deck and create a custom bar top in one section. Once again, he did a great job bringing our idea come to life!We would highly recommend Lee. He is professional, personable, has a great attention to detail and is not one to cut corners.

Lee and his team did a fabulous job on our built in custom wardrobe cabinet. The quality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The entire process, from initial concept of design to final installation, was stress free. Excellent work for a fair price!Lee worked with us to ensure all of the details and modifications required were done as we wanted. When we needed extra materials, Lee was very helpful and would get them if we could not.Almost 2 years in, the deck is still beautiful and no signs of twisting or shifting, it was built very solidly!Also the deck passed each of the city's inspection on the first time!With any new work we need, we will be calling Lee!
