I went into the store to order an arrangement for an anniversary. The owner was personable, very helpful, providing some suggestions and guidance. The folks that received the arrangement couldn't stop raving about the beautiful flowers and how stunning the arrangement was. I'll definitely be going back to Authentic Floral Design!

I highly recommend this floral design shop in Windsor. I made a special order for blue roses to be delivered. The flowers and presentation turned out so beautifully. Lisa went above and beyond for this special delivery to my girlfriend. She prepared a customer gift basket for us and I could not be more grateful for her time and attention. After calling multiple floral shops in the area I am so satisfied and happy I chose Authentic Floral Design. Look no further this is the best in the city of Windsor.

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday April 6. They weren’t delivered by closing but the owner called me after 5 and said ‘ you’re getting these flowers, it’s your Birthday!!’ and the long weekend. Her husband made a special delivery to me and I got the MOST BEAUTIFUL bouquet . I was so impressed with her realizing the big picture and went over and above for me. Thankyou so much. I would highly recommend this business without hesitation.
