We called Sam when we were having issues with our computer and WIFI. We needed our computer repaired immediately because my business was open and we use it for almost everything. Sam was willing to come the same day, and repaired our issues very quickly. He was was nice and professional. Since then we have done business with him again. We will continue to use him for all of our computer needs. We highly recommend Net360 Computers!

Called for an emergency repair on my office computer. This computer and it's contents are critical to our daily business. Sam came out immediately, and was able to diagnose the issue. He took my computer to his shop and worked on it over night and was able to deliver it back to my office the next day. Not only did he fix the issue, my computer is running better than before. I have only the highest praise for Ryan at the Fairport location of Net 360. It was basically time for a new laptop and I was dreading the process of transitioning to a new computer because technology is not my domain. My brother recommended going to a small computer shop rather than a large retail store. From my very first visit, Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and generous with his time. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions that addressed my needs perfectly. During the several days that it took me to settle on just the right laptop, Ryan was always available by phone and was happy to think through the options with me. When I brought both computers (old and new) in for the transfer of data, he got the job done within a matter of hours so I was not without a computer for more than a day. The next day after I received my computer, Ryan spent a generous amount of time with me on the phone, problem solving a few final details. Again, he was extremely generous with his time and expertise.I cannot say enough good things about Ryan. I have already recommended him to my friends and family. He truly went above and beyond with his help and time. And so, this process ended up being positive and successful, thanks to Ryan.

I have a 6 year old Mac Book and I was running out of start up disc space. Sam Carini at Net360 was able to help me clean up all the viruses and update my system so that it would run faster and safer. Now I will be able to get a couple more years out of it. He also helped me manage my space, move some files, delete some no longer needed programs. I have to say he made everything easy for me and worked to accommodate my busy schedule. Went to Net 360 computers for some computer issues and Ryan is right on answering your phone call, came right out when I arrived, told me up front about how much it would be, within 24 hours, I picked up my machine and it works beautifully.I even had some issues after I brought it home hooking it up and Ryan let me bring it back in immediately to show me that I was actually using a bad cable and had to get a new one.

I recently used Net360 Computers to do clean-ups on my laptop and desktop computers. Ryan was the service tech and he did an outstanding job. Ryan did the clean-ups, installed a new DVD player in my desktop, and gave me tech support on installing a new router in my home.It's so nice to have a go-to place for all my computer needs including tech support, new computers, and anti-virus software.Thank you Ryan.
