City of Hamilton Resourse Recovery Centre

Literally the most confusing, unprofessional waste of tax money. For the 4th time in 2020, they have left my recycling on the end of my driveway with NO explanation. Worse, I stacked the bins on top of each other, so as to avoid the wind blowing it all over the place. The truck came, removed one bin from the other, and just left. Now ALL OUR RECYCLING HAS BLOWN ACROSS THE ENTIRE STREET. Way to go Hamilton. You guys are LITERALLY USELESS. I'd rather pay less taxes and take care of my own recycling than see another penny go to this mismanaged group of recycled people.
