Best fries I’ve ever had! Just the right kind of crispy and full of flavour! There’s quite the variety of sauces to get on the side and I’d be hard pressed to pick a favourite. They’ve got lemonade, beer, and even wine to add on. My dog even got his own little bowl water! The space is really unique and the staff is so friendly, it’s the perfect place to sit for a while. Plus, they have a balcony with a view of the mountains and their own very cool mural!

This is an awesome joint for fries, beer and lemonade. The patrons are the nicest humans. I met Curtis and he gave me a reason to want to come back next day, and gave me all the gist about life in Invermere. The things I needed to know as a tourist. It was a real pleasure meeting him and his buddy Kieran. What a beautiful day, on Canada Day long weekend. Thanks guys.

We were looking for poutine. We found Shortcuts. It’s amazing! We started with a large for the family to share. It was so good we then bought a sampler. That was so good we bought another poutine and truffle.Our cashier/server was amazing. He was really kind and helpful for suggestions of food and activities to do.

Super delicious fries! Fresh, crispy, appealing to the eyes, great variety of sauces with it, refreshing and delicious lemonades! I wish I could have tried a wine or a beer and next time I want to try the vegan poutine! I love the atmosphere under the big tree - it reminds me of a German Beer Garden! The artwork on the wall and the little details everywhere give this place a special vibe!
