Placed an order online at 3 for pickup at 6:30. Got there, to be told and I quote “it will be 5 more minutes its just in the oven” ... so I wait the 5 minutes and nothing... 20 MINUTES LATER, after standing in that hot and muggy store front, I ask what the heck is taking so long? He said it would only be a couple more minutes.... I then overhear another employee telling another that they forgot to make my food earlier.... so to conclude , the staff straight up lied to me telling me “it’s in the oven” when I first arrived... I’d have much preferred to be told the truth, as I understand mistakes happen. But to be lied to telling me it was in the oven, when in reality it wasn’t, and standing in that hot store for 20 minutes watching everyone else pickup their food was awful. DO BETTER!

I don't know what happened to pizza hut in tilbury when it open was the best pizza in town now it is SO GREASY I will never order here again!!!!!

Was ready on time, tasted amazing but didn't Get any plastic forks and the breadsticks didn't have any sauce with it like it usually does but can't always be perfect overall very happy was very delicious

*Update* After a number of bad experiences and giving this location a second chance, they have really come through. My last 3 orders have been amazing, the location has been open and the service has been friendly.

Sucked, didn't answer the phone, after calling 5 times. Pizza sucked, no care when making the pizza, forgot the sauce for my wings. If you can call them wings.

The absolute BEST cheeseless pizza I've ever ordered. This is the first time I've ever been impressed with a dairy-free pizza. My family thoroughly enjoyed their pasta & breadsticks, too. So much so, that we barely spoke to one another while eating dinner tonight! A+ on customer service as well. Super friendly & wonderful staff.

Best pizza in town!! Would give more stars if I could. Very small wait time, but understanding because they are very busy place. Love the pizza. AMAZING CRUST. I just love it so much. Everything is evenly spread out on the pizza. Not greasy pizza. Good prices. Love the deals they have. Wings are DELICIOUS!! I love all the sauces. Every one of them is good. Boneless and traditional wings are both amazing.
