Clerk was super friendly and this stop has something for everyone - loved that there were so many options and safety things!

No way I'm coming back to this place again. We needed to use the washroom and we had to buy something first. So a bag of Reese's pieces cost $10.00 and $5.00 rolled up gum.

We drove 200 km and finally found this gas station to go to the bathroom. The owner told us that we must buy something from his store if we want to use the toilets. We just left, we didn't need anything, but then he aggressively yelled after us to go find a bathroom somewhere else since we are too cheap to buy anything. I don't think I ever met such a rude store owner. Don't go there!!!!

We were travelling north and stopped to get some gas in our RV, before I got out of cab the guy had the nozzle in and asking whether to 'fill her up'. I stated regular and 200 bucks, he then proceeded to shout at me to turn furnace (propane) off, which I did. He then continued to try and hard sell local beer to me, I repeatedlysaid no. In the end I handed over 200 cash, he counted and seemed miffed at something. This guy is more rude than rude, I don't know how much per litre it was and didn't ask. I'm sure the locals think he's just the way he is..... He gets a 2 only because he did the fuel...!!!! Avoid, the guy doesn't deserve the custom.

The owner is actually the biggest joke. He is extremely rude and seems to be notoriously angry at anything and everything and seems to try to make a living out of yelling at innocent people. This guy has seriously hit a new low in terms of discourtesy and he really raises the bar high for other competitors of anger issues. Impressive, I didn’t know it was possible to stoop down to this level. Do not go here.

Unfortunately it appears all the low reviews in the world won't save the average passer by. This is the first bathroom for over an hour if you're coming from the east.Look, I understand you have a business to run, I really do, but maybe instead of having dozens of negative interactions a day, yelling at people to buy something to use the bathroom you could just generate a solution.Nobody wants to buy your dusty old merchandise being sold at 2-5x MSRP (yes literally dusty, and yes, literally as much as 5x retailer suggested price, I saw $5.90 for a can of beans in my perusal of the store)Why not crack open a case of water, put them in a fridge near the front and sell them at reasonable price. Many weary travelers would happily buy a 50¢ cold bottle of water to use the bathroom and you would still turn a small profit on every case. Maybe even some cheap candy as many people are with kids. You could keep the policy but provide a solution that the average person is happy to trade with.Negative interactions and negative reviews almost completely eliminated in on fell swoop.Seriously.Consider it.This isn't a way to run a business and live a peaceful life.

The owner of this store is quite possibly the most miserable and rudest little bald man in BC. As soon as we parked up he was yelling at us about not leaving any litter in his 'pristine' parking lot. You'd think a small town shop would appreciate the business of 8 people buying drinks and snacks but we were all made to feel like an inconvenience to him. He virtually threw the bag of items we purchased at us, I've met toddlers who were less petty than this laughing stock. It seems that his customer service skills have gone missing along with his hairline. If you need to refuel, re-snack or rest then I suggest you do it anywhere else in the world rather give your business to this small minded, petulant ma

If i looked up the term paranoid" I'm sure I'd find our friend behind the counter at this establishment. Also "pushy"

How Rude! My pregnant daughter stopped and asked to use the washroom and refused her access unless she made a purchase!You would think a place in the middle of nowhere would ANTICIPATE customers need a washroom..make an outhouse at least!!
