Worst pharmacy.. I’ve had my prescription faxed over I’ve gave them a call to get it ready that day and it’s been 3 days of waiting for them to fill my prescription!! Utter waste of time. On topOf that you go in the store and stand there and nobody acknowledges you are even there it’s like you don’t even exist! Unbelievable

When I moved nearby 5 years ago, I had all my prescriptions transferred to this store. It was okay at first. The service is so bad now I am moving my prescriptions to another store. The wait time is at least 15 minutes. Every time I go into the pharmacy there is a long lineup, and everyone in the line is complaining about the poor service. The pill count on my prescriptions is short consistently. If I call the store, I am never able to get a live person at the pharmacy to answer the phone. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

This has to be the worst managed pharmacy in the Shopper's Drug Mart chain. It was recently taken over by Uday Singh and I'm sad to say he has no idea how to manage a business. If you need a pharmacy, go somewhere else.Yesterday, Friday, I attempted to get a prescription renewed for my 98 year old mother, which had no repeats. They told me that the pharmacist could do it, but would have to call her in person to do so. They would call within the hour I was told. Today, Saturday, they still had not yet called.Even on a good day, one can wait in excess of 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. Today, there were 4 people in line to pick up and 2 waiting to drop off. Two people were available to assist, one of them being the pharmacist who advised me that she in fact could not renew the prescription - 24 hours wasted!They are incompetent and inefficient!

The absolute worst pharmacy to deal with!! They never answer the phone and then when you go in person to drop off a prescription they always say it will be half an hour but to wait for the text, if you call an hour later because you didn't receive a text then it's still not ready and then somehow within the next half hour it becomes ready. This pharmacy used to be efficiently run, but since it's been taken over by new management it's the absolute worst!! Go somewhere else, safe yourself the headache.

Whoah, hey pharmacy owner. Or someone needs to have a look at what is happening back there. My issue is not with the pharmacy more that there is no one there. Or no one that wants to be. That and the absolute worst parking lot in the city. Whoever in engineering thought a SDM should fill that spot, should lose their engineering license I wonder how much insurance you pay for the people that drive through your window. I had a rush one night needed like a quart of milk you didn't have it nor the margarine I also needed. Those are staples. But frankly your overlord Galen Weston care about money not customers

If I could give this store for customer service a ZERO, I’m so sorry, but I would. Every time I come here it’s been about an hour wait. So I figure I’ll call ahead of time. I called one day ahead of time and that still don’t matter. I called the night before, this morning and I’m still sitting here WAITING, going on 15 minutes. I don’t understand the problem. Hire more people.

The pharmacy is awful. I dropped off a prescription and came back an hour later. When it wasn't ready I asked why not. They told me other people came in while I was gone. I asked why they put me on hold to deal with other people. I was told they got really busy and backed up, but looking around the store it was empty. She clearly was lazy and lying to my face.

Very slow service for prescription refills. I requested a refill for a medication on a Tuesday and was told by pharmacist the med would be ready by Thursday after 2pm. I didn't hear from the pharmacy at all Thursday, so I went in to the pharmacy on the Friday afternoon. When I had arrived, my med still wasn't ready. The pharmacy assistant filled my prescription as I was standing there, which took no more than 5 minutes. I wonder what the excuse was for not filling it by the original pick up date?

Last week is the second time on a Thursday, Senior 20% discount day, I have told the check out operator I get Senior discount. She didn't give me it. It has only ever happened in this store over the last year. I should have checked my receipt before I left. Lesson learned, but I should be able to trust them.

I will be transferring my prescriptions not to a shoppers drug mart . I give this pharmacy a zero since new owners took over . Phoned in my order on Sunday morning went in to pick it up on Tuesday was still not ready. This store is giving all other shoppers drug marts a bad name. Even when you stand there to get your prescription you are ignored.too bad the other owners were great.
