They're there when they say they will be! Come billing time(we do anual), I'll see if they raise the service price exponentially, as reported by past customers!!??! If they jack my service price, after only be a customer for 1 year, then I WILL be dropping their business!

They offer a good reliable service however, they annually increase pricing and they do not offer recycling in our area of Greenbush, Michigan. One would think in this day an age recycling would be accessible everywhere.

Punctual, you can almost set your clock to their arrival time. Once the driver stopped briefly because I didn’t have my trash out when he came through. He seen me outside and wanted to make sure I didn’t have trash for him. I waved him on but he could have easily kept on driving like most others would do , I think. Much appreciated!

WM has completely exceeded our expectations. Our dumpster was dropped off before service started, and the cost is so much better than what I had been spending on our trash removal service in the past.

A bit pricey (especially if you want a special pick up") but they are courteous and quick response when we did have concerns. Once over a broken bin due to weather issues and a missed pick up credit due to an unforeseen weather issue. Recommend their services."

Never have had a problem, they keep their garbage containers in good shape. Garbage can is upright after being empty and the area around the containers are clean.Drivers are friendly and helpful!

Great trash removal service! I've used this company for about 15 years and they have never missed a pickup. Pay by the year and get a great rate as well. Customer service reps are always willing to work with you to give you the best possible annual rate available in your area. I highly recommend Waste Management for your trash removal needs.
