Excellent reception and care. Dr Hussain’s examination was detailed and informative and Lynn’s post exam care in getting set up with frames was very professional yet friendly. They really take a personal interest. Not a rushed in and out. Definitely recommend.

First visit to the clinic in the area, and I can say it was very pleasant. Was greeted and helped by Stacy before my exam, and then was assisted in the process of picking my glasses by Lynn and their manager, Cerinia. They were especially the hoot of it whole experience. Friendly, helpful, funny as well! Thank you very much, ladies!

I had chance to stop by at this place this morning.I notice big improvement in customer service by the new Management (franchisee).This new lady has brought new customer service dimension to this store.She showed nice attitude to help and provide an outstanding help and customer service.I recommend going to this store , customer will be very likely to getting better customer service not like before under old management

I just had the most pleasant experience with Lynn. I came in with 2 pairs of glasses that needed adjustment. Even though they were not purchased there she happily made the adjustments at no charge.Quality customer service is a lost in so many industries now. Choosing this location for my sunglasses was a great choice. I was taken care of by Cerinia and Abdul. Service was fast, efficient, caring, and patient! Not to mention my perscription glasses came in a matter of days. When I got my glasses, I thought out loud that I was a bit hesitant about the glasses, and they immediately offered me all options to change them if I didn't like them. They did not make me feel bad about how I felt. And they did not treat me like another sale. This is the only place I will consider moving forward. Well done guys. I hope this company recognizes you well. Also they had a sale on most of their generic frames. They were free! Just pay ur perscription lenses. Good enough deal so my benefits covered everything!

I came here after having some trouble with my eyes while away for school. The process of getting my eyes tested was easy and quick and I felt like my concerns were well heard by Dr. Hussain. Stacy helped me pick out a frame for my face and made sure I left with a frame I loved. The entire staff was super friendly and happy to help.
