They were supposed to call back in two hours to confirm the date change we requested but nobody called back the same day. We had to call them the next day to get confirmation and Racee was able to rectify the situation and did a great job.Thanks

From my initial phone call to inquire about availability and pricing, the customer service was fantastic, all questions were answered in a quick and professional manner. All expectations for the delivery and associated charges were exactly as the customer service rep laid them out.
