Nice store poor lads on cash knows nothing about fishing ect lol

Ordered and paid for an awning and wrap around for my camper. Paid in full, told I would have it in a couple of weeks, but before the may 24th weekend. ( which he said he never said, but speaker phone with 4 others here when he said it!!!! Called every week to check on progress and was told that it was ordered and on its way. when I called today, I asked for them to check with the company to see if it was on the way, was then told they stopped making it. Hmmm they stopped making it but still took my money and never checked. I could have ordered it from anywhere and got it, which I did and its 3 day to get shipped in. The salesman basically told me that he would refund my money but nothing he could do... YES THERE WAS SOMETHING HE COULD HAVE DONE...NOT MAKE ME WAIT FOR A MONTH TELLING ME LIES THAT IT WAS SHIPPED SO I COULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. THE WORST SERVICE AND TREATMENT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! BUYER BEWARE...CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING HERE.

We went in and had a look at a couple of Polaris Sportsman's 570 and the 850. as we stood there checking them out trying to decide and get information on them nobody came out. We were the only ones in the show room and there for a long while. Nobody came out to help us. I was really hoping to get information but ended up leaving. I wonder about the customer service.

Be very careful in dealing with this place. My wife purchased a boat there in March. We were told it would be water tested and cleaned before they delivered it. So, 3 weeks went by, the salesman said the boat was water tested and cleaned and it was delivered to our house. Upon receipt, the boat was still very dirty. We had asked for guide poles to make it easier to load onto the trailer. No guide poles. So we take it for our first ride, everything seems to be going good. Decided to make one more trip around before loading the boat, the engine went. I dropped it off at the dealer we bought it at the next morning. I wanted my wife to return the boat but they insisted they would fix it and deliver it back to us. Fast forward 3 months, we finally got the boat back yesterday, took it for a ride immediately just to see if all was working right, and it still doesn't idle right.Please, please be very careful when dealing with these people. They are snakes in disguise.

Went twice and service was terrible Tried get test ride on 30000 $ side by side.Staff did not take it out even after telling us to come back the next day We went back and they had done nothing .Went to Decker auto and treated really well by Jessica Blundon.She couldn't do enough for us .10 put of 10 for Decker auto and Artic Cat 0 out of 10 for CoastalDo yourself a favor...go to see Decker if you are looking for a side by side.
