I have been getting my lashes done by Jenna for the past four months, she is a amazing lash technician, my lashes have never looked so good. It was a no brainer when she started offering permanent makeup, I was in!!I did two treatments at once.I did lip blushing and powder brows, the whole experience was amazing, her attention to detail is excellent. She gave me so much information and aftercare supplies. I feel fly.100 percent would recommend Elevate lash lounge to anyone and everyone.

I was in the middle of an identity crisis when Jenna took the time out of her afternoon off to accommodate me after walking in.The space was lovely and very clean.I have never worn lashes before and had no clue what to expect. Jenna's ability to predict my needs had me instantly in love with my new lashes. She explained the process, the possibilities, and the care/maintenance. I left happy with my investment, knowledgeable about the care and ready to commit.My technician was easy to talk to and I'm happy to support a local lady doing her thing. I've been getting acrylic nails done by Emily for a few months now, and my results have always been awesome. She does super thorough work, and I never have any lifting, breaking or chipping - and I'm extremely hard on my hands! Everything is super clean and professional, 10/10 would reccomend booking if you're looking for a stellar nail tech

The most uncomfortable salon experience I've ever had. During a lash lift my eyes began to burn profusely and would not stop. I said this multiple times and she said that I must be having an anxiety attack. I've never been gaslit at a salon before...it was very uncomfortable. She kept saying that there was nothing in my eyes, that she couldn't see anything, and would not accept that I was experiencing actual stinging and burning. She kept saying that my eyes were twitching because I had had caffeine that day - I told her several times that I had not. She finally took the solution off. There was also constant sanitizing with a strong alcohol-based hand sanitizer which would then touch my skin and eyes. It felt like I was being fumigated. I've been getting my lashes lifted continuously for years and have never had this experience. If some type of reaction is occurring, this is absolutely not the way to handle it. This was an overall unfriendly and incredibly uncomfortable experience.

I booked a last minute appointment for hybrid lashes, I wanted a soft flirty look. Jenna was my lash tech, she was super nice, and my lashes turned out amazing. My favorite set yet! I also loved their space, comfortable, clean and Pinterest worthy. Thanks Jenna!

As being a blonde with very light brows and having to fill them in almost every day, I finally decided to get them done and I am so glad that I did. I got the powder brow and it's unbelievable how natural they look! Jenna did such a great job mapping out the shape and making sure it was the perfect fit for my face. Throughout the process she made sure to ask me if I was satisfied with the shape and asked if I wanted to make any changes. Also made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. This made me feel more at ease knowing I wasn't going to end up with crazy looking brows at the end. I definitely will be going back for other treatments down the road! Thank you Jenna!

Amy did my lash lift and tint. It was the best experience I've ever had getting my lashes done. Very delicate while being very thorough and doing an amazing job. Atmosphere in Elevate is so calming, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing!

I went to Elevate for a nano combo brow (pmu) treatment and I am thrilled with the results and my experience! Jenna was very careful, thorough, and professional making me feel that I was in great hands. I absolutely love my eyebrows. Being a blonde who usually draws my eyebrows on, now I don't have to! The shape and colour are visible but look super natural. The shop is SUPER tidy and clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out.
