Pure Pools(formerly ABC) completed the installation of our pool last year. Their staff and service levels have been nothing short of outstanding. The installation was quick and smooth, they have opened and closed our pool and we’ve never had a problem. They deliver product in a timely manner. When I did have a small problem they responded quickly, fixed the issue, then explained to me how to deal with it in the future. Hire these people, they’re terrific.

I would like to thank Angeline and Brad for their prompt response to my service call request. Brad got me up and running with pump issues and as a result we will be able to enjoy our pool this weekend.Thank you guys!!

We did a In ground new pool liner 2019 and also had them close our pool and would highly recommend their company services. I opened and closed our own pool for years and was looking for a company I could trust to stop having to do it ourselves and prices are very fair. They are fantastic and communicate over e-mail too, so you know when they are coming and what they will be doing. I get feeling they care and are about being fair and asked us to order water trucks to save us some money so did not have to mark up. Its nice to see that it is a family business and all are very professional, detailed and nice to work with all their people.Thanks opened today 2023 and as always great service!!!

The team at Pure Pools has been fantastic to deal with, in all facets of the pool ownership experience. They were patient and informative when we were planning the pool; transparent and punctual when installing the pool; responsive and relatable for all service needs.All team members who we have worked with have been very respectful, patient and helpful - exactly what you want for such a large investment in your home. We continue using Pure Pools for our opening and closing, as we feel that their expertise and reliability give us the peace of mind for our family's pool.You owe it to yourself to at least have a conversation with them about your pool, and you will see how genuine and hard working they are. Dan, Jerry and the entire PurePools team was a pleasure to deal with. The project was 100% on time with no issues. They did an amazing job and our family absolutely loves the pool. Dan has been very helpful answering all my questions on the pool (as I am a first time pool owner) whether it be a weekday, weeknight or weekend. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish when it came to assisting us with a new pool liner. He answered all my questions and made the process extremely easy. He worked with my schedule and got the liner installed as quickly as we could so we could enjoy the pool this summer!! John and Eli were wonderful as well when it came to the measurement and install. We had previously been dealing with ABC Pools for 25 years so when they sold we were concerned but to our surprise it only got better. We love the notes telling us what they did and the response for customer service is excellent. We highly recommend Pure Pools for all pool needs.
