First time coming here. Super nice women and did a beautiful job on my nails. WillBe using this service again.

I had gone to hope nails a few times before today prior to Covid and figured I would go get a mani/pedi with my mother for some mother and daughter time. I had booked an appointment for both of us and confirmed it over the phone before coming in a couple of days later.Fast forward to the day that we went in, we were greeted nicely and picked our nail colours but there was a mix up with the appointment including two mani/pedis. I had told her that I wanted a full set instead of shellac and she told me that I wouldn’t be able to get a pedicure, just polish. I was fine with that, however, was not overly impressed by that because I had come to get a full service. I waited almost a full hour for her to start me while she had already started my mom. There were people coming in between us and she finished their nails before ours when we had an appointment before them. I was appalled by the quality of service. While doing my acrylics she filed down my nails so much they were burning and continued to burn while she applied gel. She was incredibly rough while filing my nails and not gentle at all. I will say that my nails look great but the service and the environment were awful! It was dirty in the lamps and it looks like she uses the same files for multiple clients. She overbooks too many people at a time and in return she delivers poor service.To top it all off when it came time to pay for everything she said that it was an extra $15 to use debit! Like who does that? Seems to me like she’s trying to collect under the tableI will never return and I hope to god that no one else experiences this.

Have been going to Hanna for over 10 years. She provides great service at fair prices.I've brought in photos that she can replicate on my nails.Attention to detail and very professional.

Previously, I used to get the absolute best pedicures here. Unfortunately, the new nail technician -- who replaced a woman who left for a new job -- is poorly trained and did a really bad job. So bad, that I had to redo the pedicure when I got home. I simply didn't have time to go back for a redo since I was leaving for a trip. My cuticles were a mess, my rough skin still intact, and the paint job was a disaster. I did the best I could; the cost of the pedicure was a complete waste. Very disappointed because this place used to be great.

The best place to get your nails done in Windsor! Hanna and Karen are so friendly and have treated me like family since my very first appointment. They have every colour for you to choose from and Hanna can replicate any design from any photo that you show her

I went to Hope Nails today as a walk in for the first time. WOW! What a wonderful job Hannah did. I have never had such perfect nails. She pays attention to detail.Also she is such a sweetheart always thinking about helping others especially the elderly whenever possible. I highly recommend visiting. You will not be disappointed! I will be back no doubt.
