My appointment with Lianne was absolutely excellent. I learned a great deal about my pelvic floor and set a plan to work on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles. Lianne was friendly but more importantly clear and concise in explaining important information about my body and health. She is an exceptional physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend her most highly.

I have been to many health professionals trying to find solutions to fitness and body health, but is was not until I worked with Garth & Lianne that I found long term health. The back and neck pain I dealt with for a decade was resolved through a systematic program, I feel so fortunate because of their care and guidance. I love the fact I receive a personalized exercise program which meets my goals. Pacific North Wellness has been life changing.

They are amazing here! The staff are so friendly and helpful and my appointment with Lianne was great. She was kind and professional, ensuring that I felt comfortable with everything we were discussing and doing throughout the appointment. My first experience with Pacific North Wellness deserves these five stars! I was greeted and assisted in a cheerful and helpful manner by two friendly, professional ladies, making me feel very welcome. Then my appointment with Lianne was wonderful. She was so considerate of what I was thinking, hoping and feeling about the reason I came. Her expertise was very evident as well, explaining each step of the assessment using easy to understand language. She has equipped me to address the challenges I am facing. Thanks so much, Lianne!

The appointment was for my 7 year old daughter and Zwannie was great with her. My daughter was born with club feet and we are utilizing PNW as part of our strategy to help our daughter. Highly recommend Zwannie and PNW.

After many frustrating and painful nights I decided to research and look into a lactation consultant. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and welcomed by my consultant Krista. Krista was LOVELY. She made me feel at ease the entire appointment and was nothing but comforting. She actively listened to my concerns and fully assessed myself and baby before problem solving my issue and communicating it with such knowledge and passion. Krista provided more helpful hands on and off information than I possibly imagined. The initial appointments was 90 min so I didn’t feel rushed in any way and we she continued to allow me address many questions and issues I had. I highly recommended her!

Zwannie was amazing! Very informative and honest, I left my initial assessment better than I had walked into it. She even emailed me videos of the exercises we worked on for later. The intake form included a section for pronouns and legal/preferred name and handled those details discreetly and appropriately.
