I want to take this time out & thank Ian personally along with Mike both Mike’s for helping me into getting my new baby. They don’t know it but they don’t know what they have done!!! They took a huge load of stress off my back. I am so happy words can’t explain it. Ian knew my situation & put me in a reliable car to take me to & from my appointments. If you are looking for a place to sell your car to do a trade in or just sell your car. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and that you talk to John Birgy! This process was easy, quick, and I received my check the next day. After going to three dealerships that absolutely tried to lowball me on my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu John was able to give me a pretty accurate estimate over the phone and when I came in the appraisal was not far from the original estimate. It was very far from my home but absolutely worth the drive! He worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied and even stayed until my ride came!! This is the most honest and friendly dealer I have been to. I would recommend to anyone!

I like to triple check before buying a car, that means shopping around and finding the best for my buck. I treated this Waterford dealer with the same respect as any other. That is until my wife and I spoke to the gentleman Dom. Dom had a great attitude, fine personality, and showed me around like no other. You know when you meet someone and they just have that twinkle in their eye that tells you everything will be alright? That was my first impression. He understood my financial struggles and communicated the best options that fit me. It was so easy to talk to him. I would go as far to say that this man was no more a salesman than a therapist. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From start to finish York Talley was the consummate professional. Being recently divorced it was a bit intimidating making such a large purchase without a partner. I purchased my first car from here today and I am so far happy with my experience! I initially spoke with dom but I came before my appointment and he was busy so I was placed with Derek and Mike. Both were very helpful and helped me feel comfortable with my needs. If you go in this dealership knowing what you want and you stand in it you should be fine. Dom helped with actually closing and paperwork. Suck a nice guy.

I went to Waterford Mitsubishi about a week and a half ago to look at a 2017 Honda Pilot at a great price. Knowing that I made an appointment to go look at it, but on the day I got there the car got sold right before I came in. So you are probably wondering why the 4 stars and I didn't even get a car. Well because of the great service, I was working with Kean and he was great. He apologized about the car being sold by the time I got there but we were able to look at some other cars. Kean was very nice and tried to find some other cars that fit my budget.Eventually I did end up finding a car elsewhere but my experience at Waterford Mitsubishi with Kean was the best out of all of the dealerships I visited. Many of the other dealerships I visited where more concerned about making a sale rather then being concerned about what the customer needs.Would have been 5 stars if I would have got a vehicle there and I didn't but the customer service and professionalism was great!Thanks again Kean!

Okay, let me tell you how much I appreciate the Mitsubishi Team in Waterford! You guys are freaking amazing!!! I went in thinking I wouldn’t get approved or even have the experience I did. First I have to start with York, I was worried about so many different things with coming in and he made me feel welcomed. Calming my nerves and anxiety down, he introduced me to Kean, whom is just as sweet as he wants to be. I went in looking at a different vehicle, yet Kean work some magic and got me into a 2021 Outlander Sport. I was shock at how smooth the process with but the whole sales team made me comfortable. They are now our family!
