Dropped my car in after hitting a pot hole with no appointment, not expecting to be looked at , but the owner went out of his way and fixed it up ( same day )and didn’t even charge for his time . Really made my day. He is def my new guy. Thanks Right Track. My families new shop.

We have used Right Track for over a decade. Through multiple family vehicles and now business vehicles, we continue to go back because they are so incredibly fair. I can't believe I haven't written a review yet because they are just the best. Guys, you definitely need to pay more attention to your communication with customers. Maybe try giving a short explanation after you name a price of few hundred bucks to replace an easily reachable tiny part, rather than immediately telling customer to go and do it elsewhere if they don't like it. Being polite never hurts. Cheers!

I've gone here for a few issues and tire changes and my experience has always been excellent. Gord is honest and upfront, doesn't talk down or make things more complicated than they have to be. The prices are fair and the work is done well. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to and I'll be happy to go back in the future.

I am a new female customer who is very pleased with this shop and Gord. Gord took the time to inspect my car and tell me what I did and just as important didn't need done. I then had my brakes done(which were less then the quote) and was very pleased with the service, the time it was done in and the communication thru out. Gord was very patient with me and answered any questions I had without making me feel like a nuisance. I will be going back for all my future needs and spreading the word. Thanks so much Gord!
