Staff was not very knowledgeable. I'm in a hairstyling program and went there to get supplies, Staff had no idea about most of the things I was looking for, no matter how hard I tried to explain. Ended up just leaving. Other classmates had the same issue and told me not to go to them.

Always a great experience. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shelves are always well stocked. Yes, the parking lot can suck sometimes, but most of the time I thankfully I usually luck out! Store is very well organized and easy to navigate.

I went to this location as I am visiting in Barrie. Normally I go to Newmarket where the staff and selection are fantastic. The staff member that tried to help me was not very knowledgeable and not very friendly. They didn't have my products that I wanted and she just walked away from me after trying to sell me a product that I had previously tried and wasn't a fan of. Clients create and maintain your job......no matter what you should smile and nod. I will buy my supplies every location but that one from now on.

Rating given due to the way I was treated there today. Had my husband go there in the evening that day to return everything I purchased. I won't be shopping at Sally's ever again.

Great service. Was not happy with the “clip in extensions” one they didn’t even come with clips and two you have to cut the hair yourself. Would’ve been nice if the lady would’ve told me that before I bought them. Not impressed :(

I have issues doing highlights. Followed the directions but it didn't take at all. I went back and they were very nice. They exchanged for some new stuff free of charge. They are very knowledgeable and know what they're talkin about when it comes to the hair products for sure.
