Genuine Comfort
Couldn't sleep with such big noise in my bedroom, much worse than my existing working PTAC unit of 1993. I bought it from a local company, Heating & Air Conditining Lalonde, and they refuse to reimburse or change it.My neighbor in the building also has this Genuine Comfort, keep complaining.
