Best Buy

This company has the worst customer service ever. When did it become ok to not have ANYONE in the store to answer a phone. I won't be surprised when they go under. I called to see if something was in stock. I am an hour and a half away and all I needed to know was if the item was in stock. No one to answer the phone. Yes I know I can check online to see if they allegedly" have it in stock but this is not always accurate

My husband ordered an overhead microwave from Best Buy online. The next day he recieved an email saying they're was an issue and for him to call in.Approx. a month ago my husband ordered a gift for his nephew and had changed the address on the delivery so that it would be directly delivered to him( his nephew). This was only a temporary change because it was a gift all other deliveries were to be delivered to the address that matches the visa card holders address. Somehow the temporary address change messed up on Best Buys side with regard to the credit card. They kept trying to verify the Visa with his nephews address which would cause the transaction to be declined. My husband tried several times to fix this online but ultimately had to call for assistance. When he called in for help he explained the situation and was told that he would need to call his credit card company to sort out the problem even though the problem was not with the card but with Best Buy associate inputting the wrong address repeatedly. The associate was condescending making the situation very frustrating and angering for him.We have had an account with Best Buy for over 15 years and this has made us rethink where we will spend our hard earned money in the future. You lost this sale Best Buy we took our business elsewhere and recieved professional treatment from Peterborough Appliances and they have competitive prices with amazing customer service

Went in a few weeks ago hoping for a positive in-store experience that could answer my questions, help me find what I needed, and find a solution to my computer issues. I was very pleased with the service provided in helping me problem solve and find solutions within my budget. The staff were exceptional! Dalton was very informative, polite, patient, and professional. He helped me find exactly what I needed and left me feeling very confident that I will be coming back for all of my tech related needs.

Great experience. Had a TV that was faulty and they took it back without question. Easy, simple and no stress. I wish the TV had worked but it is nice knowing that when something doesn't there is no issue getting a refund.

I stopped in a little bit before close to look at iPads with my sister. Tyson was a great help and answered all of our questions! He helped me narrow down the right iPad for me all while being extremely pleasant to deal with!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dalton Lain. He had all the answers to my questions. And found the perfect laptop for my needs. Was a real pleasure and will deal with him again.

GARBAGE SERVICE. GARBAGE PHONE LINE. All automated if you wish to talk to a real person you have to wait countless hours. This place is a piece of junk and falling out in my opinion. It doesn’t even have good deals compared to half the electronic stores anymore. It’s a terrible place to shop . Never bringing any business towards this company ever again. Its trash

Came into this store to buy a game. Found the game on their shelf, went to purchase it and they said it's out of stock. I asked why is it on their shelf then because there are multiple copies in their shelf. They said because we can order it for you. If I wanted to order it, I'd go online. To me this week s blatant false advertising. Why would I waste my time going back to this store when they keep empty boxes on shelves when they're out of stock to trick you o to ordering online? Just avoid stores. Not worth your time.

This is the only full Best Buy store in Peterborough & it's everything you'd expect out of a Best Buy. I bought my ASUS VivoBook here during my first year of college 2 years ago, I have one more year, & then I'm graduating. I'm very happy with my ASUS VivoBook & I have to thank Best Buy for that because it was very challenging looking for the right laptop for me at that time. Thank you so much Best Buy!
