was disappointed in my services BUT contacted the spa and my concerns were addressed RIGHT AWAY-Bella did a lovely job oflooking after me even going out of her way to deliver a care package and gift certificate to my business ! friendly,professional and compassionate i would recommend the customer service here 100 % ! Had two separate appointments. First was 1/2 leg and bikini wax. Lady did legs then left room. Had to inform them that they forgot something and she came back and completed. Second appointment was for brow lamination and tint. They called the day before it and asked me to come in earlier than scheduled. I showed up and she thought I was there for waxing. I said no, I had that 2 days ago. I was asked to come back at original time. I returned and had to wait 15 minutes past appointment time. I received a measly 10% off for the inconvenience! Both the ladies that performed the services; Donelda and Bella were great. Will not return regardless because of the lack of communication between front desk staff etc.

The place I usually get my hair done called and canceled my appointment, and couldn't fit me in for a month. I decided to give Razer's Edge a call and see what they had available. They were able to fit me in the same day and I had my choice of times. Leena did my hair and I am happy with the result. Decided on a whim to get my eyebrows waxed. Very satisfied with the services and the price was similar to other salons in the city. They have a nice gift shop as well. Great central location. Very surprised they weren't busier.

Great experience at this beautiful salon. Beginning with Jordan at reception, she was friendly and inviting. Trina my stylist was welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Trina and Razors Edge!

made an appointment in person to get a 2 week fill on my lashes. arrived for my appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment. they did nothing to try to accommodate me and even treated me like this was my fault somehow. said they could get me in in a couple of weeks. meaning i would have to pay for another new set. wont be back again

I specifically booked for a hair cut and highlights and was disappointed when I was only booked for a cut and no highlights. I didn’t rebook because I really needed my hair cut right away. I had Tetiana as my stylist. I was a little thrown by the fact that she didn’t speak English when I arrived, but she did a great job! I could tell she is experienced and she was able to figure out what I wanted. She also had a tablet with her to help translate but we only had to use it once. I was very impressed with her work and for Razors Edge for hiring her. My one piece of advice would be that the receptionists do give clients a heads up when booking with her that she doesn’t speak English, because some people might not respond as well to that as others. I didn’t mind at all, but I didn’t like being surprised by it.
