Shout out to the staff that were working on Christmas Eve. Our heater hose blew and we had to get home to Kelowna. They didn't have the part we needed because Mazda's are parts specific but they helped my husband find all the things he could use to MacGyver a workable fix. They also gave us 2 free litres of oil because they had just closed out the tills. Without you people we probably wouldn't be home enjoying our peaceful Christmas day. Thank you so much for everything. May you all be blessed.

Friendly staff, quite overpriced. 70$ for a socket?! 86$ for a sway bar link vs 40$ for moog greasable link on RockAuto. This trend continues with every part I ever need, call get price and brand, then buy a better one for half the price shipped to my door. Wish I could support local but It's not just a bit more it's double or more...

Awesome team and great service. We had to replace two H7 bulbs and get some car chains for our European Campervan. Get everything in a couple of minutes. Staff was very helpful.

The manager of this store was extremely rude and made some nasty remarks that I wont re-quote during an interview a while ago. Service from the employees has always been fine and I've had no complaints other than that.
