Ensuring to cause harm to your loved one. They make sure that they will die in this death trap. Dirty disgusting place where all they do is provide lip service to the sheep that think we have good quality health care. We do not and we all are going to realize it soon.

I was at St. Paul’s Diagnostic Imaging Dept. today for a prostate ultrasound and biopsy. The staff were great - friendly, kind, professional, and caring. They really eased my mind and made the whole process a lot more tolerable. A special shout-out goes to Michelle and Wendy, two nurses who looked after me so thoughtfully throughout the pre- and post-procedure with kindness, patience, attention and humour. They attended equally well to the other gentlemen who were also there. That they can do this day in and day out with a smile and a cheery disposition is truly remarkable. I hope their supervisors are made aware of this review so they know and appreciate what an amazing job these two ladies are doing! Thanks Wendy and Michelle!

My husband was referred to St. Paul's ER by an urgent care walk-in clinic due to a quite severely infected finger/hand. We found the ER and subsequent ambulatory care staff (nurses and doctors and other support staff) to be patient, friendly and professional. I was very impressed. Thank you to everyone!

The nurses are rude, disrespectful. The waiting is ridiculously long and if you ask the nurses how long the wait is most of them are very rude and the security officers laugh at patients when their upset and angry. I am very discusted at the cleanliness here as well it is ridiculously discustingly unsanitary.

My brother is undergoing dialysis. He is having anxiety issues. Asks a lot of questions and is basically ignored. Changed his dialysis from 3 to 2 times a week. He is turning yellow and needs to go back to 3. He is ignored. Lines not flushed properly. Then they say he is difficult when they do nothing for his mental health. He is becoming suicidal. When he visited me in another province he had no problems. My mom had problems in their as well until I called Saskatoon Health Authority. Maybe it’s time to do that again. Or go to the news. Or the kidney foundation. I understand doctors and nurses are tired but treat people with compassion and understanding. The doctors and nurses should know that mental health is frail under these circumstances. I have a kidney condition as well so I understand because my doctor explains everything to me as to what the future may hold. They did nothing to stop his decline. So glad I left Saskatoon for a better place

Last night I had a really bad reaction to some medication to the point where my face swelled up like a baseball they took me in right away as I felt my throat was closing up slowly and with in 2 mins I was in the er room. As they were prepping for me for an iv I was really upset and Lil scared but they did a great job taking care of me and keeping me calm. Ty to all the nurses and the doctor that cook care of me you guys are heroes and I appreciate you ladies and gents for getting the swelling down so for that I give you five stars i owe you guys one lol take ca.... collin hall

my wife had an mri last night. she has claustrophobia. the doctors there were very helpful.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Mckinny, the staff in the OR, the nursing staff in the ICU and the nursing staff that looks after patients on the scond floor. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. It made it easier to get through the surgery

I had to take an ambulance to St Paul's emergency for Atrial Fibrillation. They were extremely busy, and it took a long time to be looked after, which I understand. I got there at 7:30 pm, and didn't see a Dr until approximately 11 pm. Still understandable under the circumstances. The young female Dr who looked after me seemed very uncaring and treated me as if I was wasting their time. After the lab results came back, she told me that my potassium was low and provided me with a potassium drink. She did not provide me with a prescription for it, and when my pharmacy phoned this morning, she refused to provide them with a prescription. Everyone else I dealt with there was extremely kind.

Recently had my Mom in emerg. Triage was very quick to get her into a room. The nurse assigned was fabulous to my Mom, thanks Sydney. Dr. O. was very kind and compassionate. It was a four hour process but all the staff were very kind. St. Paul’s has always been my hospital of choice. The staff have always been kind and compassionate.
