I was told they couldn’t fix my iPhone XS at all and even if they were able to fix it the Face ID wouldn’t work. I ended up selling it off cheaply to be used for parts and the buyer ended up getting it to work like new again (I know this because I just then removed the iCloud account for him). The buyer was a 20 year old kid and managed to repair the phone but an established business couldn’t… apparently all he had to do was replace the battery and charging port! Thanks iDoctor, your ignorance on iPhone repairs just cost me my phone.

The staff is really great to talk to. They clearly explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Their drop-off service is very convenient and they fixed my phone in just a few hours. This is the place to go if you need a phone fixed. Love that they're a local business.
