This review is coming in late but I was impressed with the customer service. I had an issue with my tablet as I had an issue putting in the simm card. It was stuck, my mistake. They took care of it in less than a minute.

Very friendly, they try to help a lot but the first time I sent my laptop in to get the screen replaced I got it back and the screen wouldnt turn on and there was a screw missing. Turns out they didnt plug in the screen the first time. Second time I got it back, there was a chunk broken out of my laptop and a day later the screw popped out i cant open or close it (I took out the screw cause it was bending the frame). Theres also a little piece of journal paper that I cant get out that was put in there. I think I paid around $130-150 for this

EDIT: Nic called me back regarding my review and explained that the true issue was different from the one I had fixed. He was very informative and friendly and I truly appreciated him reaching out to make things right. Excellent service, but I wish they had tested my phone for the true issue before changing the battery.Had my battery replaced in my iPhone 6s in August. When i got my phone back, I had to bring it back in because they hadn’t put my phone back together properly. Then, after 4 months, the screen started to separate from the metal body of the phone and it would not work below 90% battery— and even then, it barely responded. I had to replace the phone, which should not have been the case had I not brought it here for a battery replacement. Would not recommend this place. Edit: I was not able to post the photo of my phone’s damage but after a week of it expanding it was completely unusable due to the expanding.

Been long time customer until recent experience. Had some issues over the years but not enough to not keep coming back until recently. I brought my second hand iPhone 7 in to change out the battery. Since I didn’t test it or was asked to test it in front of them before they went to put the battery in it became my fault that the home button/finger id along with the camera became in operational. When I brought the phone to them it was fully working with the only need for a battery replacement. After wastefully talking to the manager to no satisfaction and a quote of $172 to fix (more then I paid for the phone second hand 2 yrs earlier) what was broken by them I took my phone to another shop to get it fixed correctly and for far less $$$. Never again GEEBO! You lost my business forever! This coming from a once loyal customer and I NEVER write these reviews until NOW!

Very good service. Nick was courteous and quick. Knocked off one star for not being able to get through on the phone multiple times for a whole day when trying to verify that the part for my repair had come in. Would use Geebo again none the less.
