No stars for this business. The owner was so rude just because I asked for a discount as he wanted almost $100 for to repair boots. If this is commonplace for this business, I’m surprised it survived. Do not waste your time or money.

Tom is a wonderful soul and craftsman. He remembers each customer and takes the time to speak with you. I always feel cheerful after leaving his shop. He is an honest individual as well. He rather keep your shoes for an additional day to do a quality job than give your shoes before they are ready. Id trust his craftsmanship over buying a new pair of boots any day!

Tom, at The Shoemaker's Bench, has been my go to shoe repair for many years. Tom is very knowledgeable, offers reasonable prices, and even a little enjoyable conversation when time allows. It's wonderful to still have artisans like this!

Careful, hardworking craftsman. Does amazing shoe repair work and polishing. Clearly very dedicated to his trade. I was very lucky to find him and I am very grateful that he not only fixed but polished my favorite shoes!

Tom is incredible. I have worn Frye harness boots every day for the last 8 years for work and Tom is the only person I let touch them. He's done the heels and soles for me numerous times and every time they come back looking brand new. Absolute best in the business

My old leather boots are restored to like new condition. I left another pair of boots there and a pair of fancy shoes that need to be rebuilt. I have complete confidence in this professional. My advice. Go there. My boots stop there.
